I have a letter from Chandigarh Aro drum post office and they confirmed dated 10/6/09 . The acknowledge number is SPEP[protected]IN .

Please confirm the status.

BUT THIS FROM IS NOT DELIVERED THERE YET. AND NOW LAST DATE OF FORM SUBMISSION IS OVER. I COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS IN THE SAME POST OFFICE OF KASTURBA NAGER . I GIVE THEM A COMPAIN LETTER WITH THE PHOTO COPY OF SPEED POST LIST IN THE DATE OF 4-06-09 BUT THEY NOT TAKE ANY STEP AGAINST IT TILL NOW.

I sent a very important document by speed post to PUne on 04/06/2009 from CHAPRA Post office (Pin: 841301). Unfortunately however, the document has not been delivered till 13/06/2009 (as per the confirmation received from
PUNE). It seems that the Department of Post is not serious enough to ensure proper customer service. May I request the concerned department to look into the matter and let me know the status immediately?

NON DELIVERY
Dear Sir,
I had posted a very important document by IMS Speed Post on 13th June09 for Chennaai from Trivandrum. Unfortunately it has not reched the destined location and to add to my woes it seems to be non tracable even us the India Speed Post Mangers in Chennai. My Tracking number is EL[protected] IN
Really don't know what to do next.
Please help if possible.

My father has sent me letter on 10/Jun/2009 via speed post from india to me in Canada and post office said your son gonna recieve this letter within 5 dayz but today is 20/Jun/2009 I haven't received it...very poor, cheap, dirty & stupid service, get some idea from supreior canadapost...

I Have not received the Speed Post (Speed post no- EW[protected]IN) Posted from Howrah Head post office on dated 17/06/2009. Even their website doesnot show any update after 18/06/2007.This speed post very important documents.Their Hot line numbers also does not help me.

I have posted all my original documents to my cousin who is in pune for my graduation admission but till now he haven't recieved the documents which i have posted on the 17-6-09.

Speed Post EU369434985IN — Refused to Deliver

The weight of the speed post EU[protected]IN was 9.6 kg. It was refused to deliver by stating that it has more weight and only light weight parcels can be delivered. Is there any such rule to deliver the parcel on weight basis. If so, pl. let me know.

what kind of stupidity are you people doing in the name of speed post this is not speed post its slow post.a document send from ernakulam to thiruvalla has to be delivered on the next day itself .so far it has not elivered.

The above mentioned document has been posted from Begusarai, Bihar on 23/06/2009 at 15:40 hrs, which is destined to Mumbai.

The above mentioned post ought to have reached the destination within 48hrs from the time of posting. From the tracking resource, I notice the post has not reached its destination by now.

Please check the time and date of delivery to Mumbai or not.

If the post does not reach by 30th June at 16:30 p.m. the purpose of posting this application would be defeated as the last date for the application is 30th Jun, 2009. Once again I wish to stress that the application must reach before 30th June, 2009. Please do the necessary follow-up to ensure the post is delivered before 30th June, 2009.

Dear Sir,

I am Chitra singh, on 5th july 2009 my exam was scheduled for "Andhra bank for post of PO" but due to the post office Noida Sector 18 fault, i have not got my admit card till 4th july, which was speed posted on 2 nd july from SHAHDARA and it was supposed to be delivered on 3rd or maximum 4th july 2009 in NOIDA Sector 18, but today i have received my speed post i.e on 6th july 09 which is due to the fault of post master i didn't received my letter on 3rd july. i studied very hard for this post but i was not able to attend my exam due to only fault made by post master and post office SECTOR 18 NOIDA. And also when i complained to post man he was trying to threaten me that if i, ll complain then he will see me. According to him my documents wiill communicate via post office and he has to deliver and they will be affected. I am very irritated at his misbihave and frusted too because i lost my exam for which i studied hard and paid Rs. 400. Now who will compensate me for that? Its a shame to speed post service...that customers are being threated if they complain. Kindly Take Action and reply soon...

Indian Post Office — Staff is not co-operative with the customer.

Very bad resposce from staff they are not profesnal behverar and not given answer to senior citision for MIS and RD realted matter. in anumala pin.no 394651 please take action on them.
