[Resolved] 4xp — closing of my account | |||
Dear All, On March 4th 2010, I got a call from Mr. Manoj from 4xp, Bangalore to open my account to trade online with 4xp. I agreed to open the account with 4xp hearing all the benefits. On the same day I used my ICICI credit card to deposit 500 USD and created new account with number 92277. Mr. Manoj told me that on depositing one more 500 USD, 4xp will give a bonus o[censored]SD 300 free. on hearing this I deposited via Oriental Bank Of Commerce one more 500 USD on 9th March 2010. Now, I have not got the credit of another 500 USD and a bonus o[censored]SD 300. On complaining many times and making n number of calls, Mr. Manoj promised me to credit USD 500 and a bonus o[censored]SD 500 instead o[censored]SD 300. Again I kept patient for some days. But till today, I have not got the credit o[censored]SD 500 nor the bonus. Now I requested to close the account as I have not done any transaction and sent the mails accordingly to refund 1000 USD. But to my dissappointment, till now they are not cancelling nor drediting the USD. I have got the money back after three month of registration of this complaint.
Now I do not trade, I have also written to remove the complaint from this list.

The complaint can be removed, but not the fear. The bad impression created by 4xp will stand out like a sore thumb. The fact that Mr.Aman does not trade anymore, proves that he has lost his faith in forex trading. There are very good trading brokers with ethical business and excellent standards available to encourage traders. It is sad that one should lose faith, because of 4xp. Their client service is callous. Unless they improve upon their efficiency, they can not improve business performance.
I am another unfortunate client of 4xp and still not got my money back. It is fun to deposit money, pain to withdraw.

What ever they said in tis page is very correct. I have opend a live account, but teh bangalore office NOT AT ALL bothered. they dont want to give any help. I want to know their priciple office address or mail id. If some one has kindly let me know. we can join together and compalin.

I am another victim to 4xp. After many calls from Mr, Manish Muluvera, taking loans from friends, I invested 200 usd, How quick in transferring the amount from my bebit card on[protected], within a fraction of seconds. When I stress for refund of deposit, they are dragging with untrue reasons. I am disgusted with this. Does any one help me to get the deposited amount from 4xp?

CMO AXIS. The staff/manager are callous, arrogant and do not help the clients. I deposited 900 $. At that time, they did not inform me that future payments should be through them. I deposited funds a few more times, whenever the balance was low. 4xp accepted the money and allowed me to trade. Suddenly my account was disabled, and on enquiry, I was informed that I should produce scanned copies of my payment documents, which were accepted by 4xp and allowed trading, to enable the account. I decided to close my account, and my withdrawal is still pending with them without closing my account. 4xp head office does not bother and their live chat is closed. If you try opening you can only send message.
CMO AXIS which represents 4xp in India is a big cheat company and loots clients money. I am sorry that I have ever joined 4xp! Even when trading, You lose your money, even before you trade!
