[Resolved] SBBJ Bank — Description in ATM tranjection amount | |
A saving account No. [protected] has in SBBJ, Jhunjhunu & ATM card No. is[protected] on the name of Mr. Amit Kumar Bhuria. The Balance amount checked on 07.03.2008 at Ganga Nagar at 15:17 by TXN No. 7409 and amount showed Rs. 36500.00 after it withdrawn Rs. 2000/- by TXN No. 7410 at 15:18 and ATM Machine balance showed Rs. 34500/-. After it Rs. 20000/- amount was tried to withdrawn on same day at 15:19, but machine showed “ sorry unable to process” by TXN No. 7411 & 7412, after some time same amount tied to withdrawn though State Bank of Patiala ATM machine at Shir Ganag Nagar at 15:25 and 15:26 by TXN No. 5164 and 5165 respectively and machine showed “sorry unable to process”. After it Rs. 10, 000/- has been withdrawn though this Patiala Bank ATM and machine showed the balance amount Rs. 4500/- by TXN No. 5166 at 15:27 instead of Rs. 24500/-. Again balance checked by TXN No. 5167 and found the amount Rs. 4500/-. Several times the complain has been noted at SBBJ, Jhunjhunu and SBBJ, Shri Ganga Nagar. But till dated no action has been taken. A online complain is already register on 17 may 2008 & token number [protected]. But till date no action has be taken. I am a|c holder of S.B.B.J. A saving account No.[protected] has in SBBJ, aerodrome circle (branch code 1252) KOTA, Rajasthan. & ATM card No. is[protected] on the name of Mr. TEJ BHAN GARG. 0n the date of AUGUST, 10th 2009 we entered to withdrawn Rs. 2000/- on HDFC BANK’s ATM Machine, AT BIBI-WALA CHAWK BHATINDA (PUNJAB), but the ATM machine did not give any response, no transaction taking place, no money no slip comes out. Next day when we check the balance amount from the ATM Machine of State bank of patiala, canttonement area BATHINDA (Punjab) by TXN. N0. 7242 we found that Rs. 2000/- is REDUCED from our account[protected] & showing balance of Rs. 17644.67/- instead of Rs. 19644.67/- on dated 11/08/2009 AT 12:53 PM.
For this we already give application and all details at SBBJ, BANK BAZAR (Branch code 1412), BHATINDA (PUNJAB) contact no.[protected] on date;[protected].But still after passing out three weeks, there is no response from your BANK.
So please do whatever possible and take necessary action to refund our amount of Rs.2000/- in account no.[protected] of Mr. TEJ BHAN GARG.His present address is house no. 350.KAMLA-NEHRU COLONY, BHATINDA (PUNJAB) and his contact no. is[protected], Mobile no. is[protected] or [protected].

With due respect, it is to inform you that I withdrew Rs. 40000/- (Forty Thousand) from SBBJ ATM No (S1AN[protected] on 30.11.2009 at 13.38 PM but I did not receive the money and in the transaction slip it was deducted from my saving account no. The written information about the incident was given to bank manager, SBBJ Paota (Branch Code 10851) where my account is running on the same day and the written information has already been supplied to the Manager, Head Branch, SBBJ, Tilak Marg and The General Manager, Reserve bank of India (ATM Section) Jaipur for the necessary action but none of the action has been taken so far by the banking authorities.
Even after ten days (10 days) of the incident, the money has not been transferred to my saving account. I am really disturbed and facing mental anguish because of the negligence of the bank and don’t have any idea what to do.
Therefore, I want to make an humble request to you to look into the matter personally and rectify the problem.
