[Resolved]  BSNL broadband usage details — not getting usage details

I not getting details of my bsnl broad band usages.

I am unable to get the Bsnl Broadband usage detail in thair website

I can't view my broadband usage since last two weeks.

i unable to cheak my broadband usage most recently, i m totally unable to open a usage page which take a much time and sometimes not open, how i can cheak my usage well i fed up

I can't see the usage details of January why?
The bbsevice.bsnl.in can't be opened why?
They r giving Page load error.In broadband if these type of mishap happens then why we trust b band.
We r paying a lot of money for this...Please tell me what the procedure is?Help me.

My username and password does not accept your portal id but the connection also done intially. account can't check by this username and password

Even after trying many times, website http://bbservice.bsnl.in isnt opening .

We have 46 bsnl broad band connection through out A.P, I want to know the details of one of the my branch broad band usage details, so, please provide protal id and password

For the last fort night Iam not in position to acess my broad band usage account.
