[Resolved]  reliance caller tune — stop the caller tune of my no.

To register for caller tunes it takes 1 second. but to select your tune it takes over 20mts for which I get charged at Rs.5/- per minute. Even after 20 mts I did not succeed to select my caller tune. So I disconnected and called customer service they tell me the the server is down. It works for activation but does not work to de activate. I would like to discountinue this service please do not chage me for activation as I have not been able to select the tune and the 20 mts I spend to selected was not working at all.
