First a call from a number which is not from my contact :
and then starts flirting and harassing over whatsapp and text messages,
never wants to lets go, asked a friend to help starting texting them also.

Even after a warning of a police complaint, the guy keeping on nagging, sends me screen shots of my profile picture to me.

I am from Ahmedabad. I found this number from social network.this person make fool to lots people. They give effective discount for the electronics equipment. But actual this is big scam. This number track the location in Nigeria but its from India.
That might be done by help of Nigeria's person.They can easily communicate with Indian people.there are lots of number like this who currently making people fools.I have some of that..
