[Resolved]  Aadhaar Card — complaint against employees

i want to put a complaint against your employee Renu Thakur employee id dcsuid005 working in hargobind enclave adhaar card office who was higlhy rude and was talking very rudely to all the customers in que. She was highly unprofessional and shouting on top of her voice. She even misbehaved with my kid and refused to give me her employee id when I asked for it. Rather told me that she will not make the Aadhar card only now. I have a video of this awful misconduct of hers and it will go on social media soon! I need an answer to this at the earliest.

Rude behaviour of some government employees are not new. Government should enquire & take steps .Perhaps govt. Has allowed private agencies to take the job. I also had to face rude behavior from a female staff & a male stuff in chanditala -II block, Hooghly district, west bengal. They refused to do the rectification work in spite of my valid voter id card. They told me to produce panchayet certificate. Finding no other alternative I went to sabhapati, (Mr.Santu Rit)of chanditala-ii Panchayet Samity for a certificate to produce for aadhar rectification. But he was not found in office. I had to return.

I want to complaint about ur employee name MR VIKAS SECTOR 21 GOVT SCHOOL PANCHKULA . He did PARCIATELTY and put my turn at last when I asked him y u put my turn at last thn he said koi NA THAND RAKHO and behaved very rude KINDLY TAKE IMMD REACTION

Aadhar employee is not good in navsari gujarat

From Vadodara - took an appointment of 4 PM at somatalav post office for adhar address change because i was unable to do it online. visited exactly on time and after waiting for 10 mins i asked as how much will it take as no one, literally no one was present in terms of customer apart from me. What they said is 4 doesnt means 4. it will start at 5 or so once the employee finish with other work. I work in night shift, we stay awake for this kind of forms and then we have to bear this kind of ridiculous answers and behaviour from these post office employees? Pathetic.

The customer care assistant was so unprofessional, rude and no understanding of their job profile . Horrible I’ve spoken to 2 customer care executive first was a male sounded like he didn’t wanted to help n later a female who was very very rude . Worst experience
