[Resolved]  Abinaya Constructions — coupon cheating

My father received similar kind of call 2 years ago... my relatives alerted this may be fake... today i have recieved the same... Thanks you all for this post... i was called with my parents to west tambaram

they are not telling their company name and they are sending address alone to our mobile...

i too got the call today from Reliance Trends(not sure but caller told she is working there) that i was selected for Rs 45000 gift from Abinaya Constructions.Yesterday i shopped in Reliance Trends.Thanks i googled about Abinaya constructions.Attached is the search results.See the results and you will understand :)

Thank you guys a lot. I got a call yesterday and mentioning same ABINAYA CONSTRUCTION, same 45000 Rs voucher for home appliances. I gave my number at BIG BAZAAR Vadapalani. I have also update the same in my face book. Pl pass on this message so that, no one else may get fooled.

Today[protected] I got a call from Abhinaya Constructions saying the same info. A lady called me to come with ur wife and collect the gift coupon worth Rs.45000. Her name is Ilakya. I had a doubt and chkd in net. Thanks u guys for saving our time.

So many complaints posted from Jan 2012 itself, But still they are continuing the fraud calls. why no action taken against the Cheaters??

Thanks to all for the information posted in this forum. Few days back I visited Reliance Trends shop at Chrompet for Diwali purchase. During my purchase time, I was interrupted by a person asking contact details for some lucky draw. Without doubting i had given my mobile number thinking the person is from reliance trends. Next day morning I got call from a lady asking me to join in a hotel at Tambaram with family to get gift of worth 45000 etc... I searched in net and found such details and avoided further contacts. Evening I went to shop to enquire how these peoples are got into the shop. It was big surpise for me to note that Reliance trends have some agreement with such people, and they allowed to collect information about customers for some money. (Reliance didn't care how they utilize this information...).

even i experienced the same... on 11th november i did a shopping in big bazzar vadapalani... i was interrupted by a person...he got my details... today lady called Tamil called me and told that you were selected for rs 45000/- cash voucher and two kitchens applicanes gift... and she committed this is nothing sort of commitment and investment to make... i was recultant..i informed by hubby he helped to review this site...

really this serious criminal offense and cheaters are still surviving in this state freely and confidently as no case file against them till now

Even I received call today from Conch Holidays Pvt Ltd. I was informed that my mobile number was one among the 250 numbers to qualify for the Kitchen set gift and a Holiday trip at any one of the four locations in India. I was asked to accompany with my spouse/family for a short presentation for abt 90 minutes the following saturday at Apeejay House, 39/2 Haddows Road, Numgambakkam, Chen- 06. Ph: [protected]. I was lucky to know abt these fake calls thru' this site.

Please beware of these fake/junk calls, offering you gifts in return of your Peace of Mind.

Thanks a lot guys for posting about your experiences... we too got a call to come n collect on the same day today from a Lady named Surya for my husband who had given details ealier in PVR Cinemas of Ampa SkyWalk Mall... God she was soo rude, when I told her that we would not be able to make it at such a short notice.. she was shouting like why cant u come n collect when we are giving it for free, n u will just hav to be part of our celebrations... I got angry too n said how can she expect us to come when we will be having our own prior appointments... then she calmed down n said to consult my hubby n get back abt our suitable timing.. It was really annoying and definitely suspicious when they followed it up with a confirmation call... I had a really worse experience earlier with Country Club who promise soo many things but neither mention them in their agreements nor stand on any of their promises...

I also received a call from the same agency and they spoke about a gift voucher for 45, 000 free on behalf of Abhinaya construction.
These guys are getting our contacts the people who generate leads in shopping malls, toll gates public Parks etc.
I guess we should secure our identity at the first place to deny access to these guys.

i has been recived a call from this fraud company last week monday from ABHINAYA CONSTRUCTION representative miss.Tamizh.
the matter is we had winning the prize ... come and collect the gift voucher and gifts... we went to their office Near valluvar kottam...

Really they are very valuid FRAUD company And they are cheating the publics...once i reached the company they explained their polices
and they simply told sorry sir your turn was not come like that...

SO pl dont go THIS CHEETING COMPANYS...

As Everyone else stated here, their version of Experience, happened with me as well in pretty much a similar way. It was kinda Bizarre for a moment, since I remembered filling out my name and my Phone Number in a Piece of Lucky Draw Slip yesterday when requested by an Intern Fellow at Big Bazaar, Phoenix City Mall. However, I did not believe the entire fact and thought it was some kind of a Local TV Show Prank since the Lady Raghavi (Pretty sure it ain't the Real Name) mentioned the Address to be MOON TV Building, Valluvarakottam, Near Nungambakkkam High Road, Chennai. Enquired again about the 45Grand worth SURPRISE Gift Voucher and the Ceremony they insisted on having a Married Couple present to collect the same, and it all sounded more like a Marketing Scheme on some kind of a Commodity or something. Pretty fortunate to have bumped into all this Consumer Complaint Website when I put in the Keywords on Google Web Search. I am sure, if not, I would have been a little worried on missing out something LUCKY, which barely happens around for me!

Heartfelt Thanks to Everyone, who have poured in their own experiences with these Callers and Spoof Lucky Draws. I will drop in a Message to the BIG BAZAAR Authorities, via Social Networking sites and See if I get any Response. If I do, will definitely follow up here and let you guys know about what they had to say about it.

Today I've received a call from this number [protected] and said her name is deepa calling from Abi constructions, informed that we won the Lucky draw for Rs. 45k for Kitchen set and asked me to come to this address No: 40, Rama st, nungambakkam near hero honda show room. But i didn't believe this lady and searched n net abt this fortunately came to know that this is a fraud. Later on i found that i bought this coupon in reliance trends, really dnt know how come these shopping complexes allowing these marketing people inside..thanks for this forum for saving my time and money.
