[Resolved]  ABN AMRO Bank Credit Card — Fraud aginst Settelment of Credit Card amount

I have call from Miss Ritika ([protected]) which one of executive of Collection dept of ABN Amro Bank, New Delhi.At that time from convosation decide that, I have to pay 2500/- Rs for full n final settelment & close account. & she is commited that fax settelment letter of Rs.2500/-.So after that I have deposit Rs.2500/- to My credit card account by cash in ABN Amro bank. then I have call to Miss RITIKA & told that i have deposit amount so pls sent Settelment letter. After 2 days, I have received letter of Rs 4000/- amount. so i have call again to ritika for same, after she replies that was not issue, i have fax new settelment letter of Rs 2500/-. After 2 month, stiill not received any letter, but get call again from ABN bank collection dept, said you have again deposit Rs 3800/- for settelment. so after that, I have call to Ritika for inform about i have call from call center, but replies very roughly with abusing langauge, now you have deposit another amount for settelment. So pls any one help me for same.
