This is in reference to your email dated February 25, 2009.

We express our inability to offer you settlement on your card as well as loan account.

We wish to inform you that we have reviewed your case and have observed that although you have been making the payments for the transactions incurred by you, the payments on the account have not been satisfying the outstanding balance on your credit card and hence there is an accrual of finance charges.

Please note that late fees are levied due to non payment of at least minimum amount due within payment due date. The finance charges are levied due to non payment of total outstanding within payment due date.

We express our inability to reverse any charges on your card account.

We would like to inform you that total outstanding on your card account is Rs .41, 817.09.

We will like to inform you that Late Payment Fee is charged if either there has been no payment or a payment less than the EMI amount is received by the payment due date.

We will like to clarify that the easy cash loan was offered to you at an emi of Rs.4, 679.00 . This formed the tad on your account. However since we did not receive the payment of the amount due, late payment fee has been levied resulting in an increase in the TAD.

Since the subsequent payments have not satisfied the total amount due this has further lead to the levy of the late payment fee.

We express our inability to reverse late fee on your loan account.

I am Saurabh Trivedi & My credit card no. is [protected] & my Easy cash loan account no. [protected]. I want to inform you that i have already paid around 15000 to Abn Amro for my credit card payment & i am already paying my loan amount as well everymonth, still you have charged extera 15000 approximately on credit card & you put around 2000 extra on my loan accont. I am not gonna to pay you a single penny till the time you don't wave off 15000 extera charges on my credit card because i lost my job as well, i want a final settlement. Please stop mentally harrasing me by increasing the extera amount. ABN AMRO bank is pushing me to commit suicide.
