ABN AMRO Credit Card — Even after several reminder Card is not getting canceled

Dear Incharge,

This is to inform you that after so many reminder, and after lots of request my card is not getting cancelled. and also they are unnecessarily charging to me.

The customer care service is so poor that they even insult me and keep me waiting for 10 minutes.

Pleaes help me to get my card cancelled.
