ABN AMRO Credit Card — use abusive language by collection executive

I have a credit card account with ABN AMRO, I got a call from vikram singh rathore collection agent of abn card (vintage house, civil line, jaipur) and the agent asked for the payment, said him will make the payment with in possible time, but he was not aggering.The agent on call was abusive(Such as Bhosdike ECT...), Informed him to be professional but he started thretning, ...

Kindly provide me what should i do.
