As your record monthly installment (EMI’s) for the loan number 9436606 aug 08 to nov 08 are bounce thats why bank charge late payment charges and CIBIL score are Poor . dec07 and july 08 EMI is bounce thats true but aug 08 to nov 08 EMI is clear on time this is your system problem. i am sending you my bank steatment where emi is clear every month. kindly clarify with your system. hope you can understand my problem and please update in your system and CIBIL.

We clarify the matter of the payments received against the billed equated monthly installment (EMI’s) for the loan number 9436606, please find below details for months where the payment were not received timely. Furthermore, the payments received on the loan account will first be adjusted against the past due EMI amount and then against the current EMI amount.

In this regard collection follow-up was being received by you on account of the outstanding. You will appreciate that it is the responsibility of customer to ensure that the EMI payments are regular and made on time.



Please note that in the event of a payment being received beyond the due date, there will be a late fee charged as per the terms and conditions of the loan. We would also like to apprise you that in absence of the receipts of the payments, the delinquency would get updated on records with CIBIL and would impact your credit history.

As a service gesture we have waived the late fee total amounting to Rs 3036.00. We urge you to make timely payments towards your EMI to avoid collections follow- up in future.

EVERY MONTH 17th loan emi put in my account according to your collection
executive their is 11 emi bounce. last two year in my ac only two emi
are bounce. last week we are apply a consumer loan cibil show 11 bounce.
after so many time i call your customer care for issue.but no one
responded.every week i recive a call for your collection guy. so many
time they misbehave.
i want to solve this problem as soon as possible. and also clear my name
in the cibil if you are not talking action on this issue in next 7 days
.i will take legal action against bank and also make a complaint in
consumer forum .please solve this issue as soon as possible
