[Resolved]  ABP Private Limited — Renewal of subsciption not activated

This is to bring to your notice that I, Samiran Ganguly had renewed my subscription for The Telegraph and Anandabazar Patrika, and had paid a cheque to this effect of Rs 775. The cheque number is 323684, dated October 25th 2009, drawn from State Bank of India (Kalindi Branch). The cheque was encashed on November 19th 2009. But I have not received the subscription coupons till date- January 2nd 2010. There is no response to the email sent to the customer-care email address- sub.[protected]@abp.in . Repeated phone calls to the customer care helpline number - [protected] - yielded no response. After fifteen tries I finally got through to one of the customer care executives who informed me that the coupons had been sent by courier to my residential address but since there was no one to collect the mail the coupons had been returned to their office. Both my wife and I are in service and my daughter is a student, so on a week day no one stays at home. The courier service man might have come to my residence but he left unannounced, without leaving behind any intimation for me, to go and collect the mail from their office. The customer care executive promised to send my coupons again on January 1st 2010, but I have not got the coupons yet. I have tried calling up the helpline number innumerable times, but to no avail. Can I expect any redressal?

Receive SMS regarding the non delivery of coupon due to "door lock" and as suggested immediately contacted the no.[protected] to arrange the delivery. Since we are not available in the week days and courier people don't deliver in the sunday, as suggested handed over the authorization letter to our neighbour to receive the courier on behalf o[censored]s however nobody turn up to deliver the same. Despite of several follow up both with the courier and ABP help line the status is same. The payment is already made by a cheque and confirmed by ABP, renewal is due from 15th Nov.and now it looks like i have to pay the vendor in cash.
Called ABP help line[protected] several time but instead of solving the issue they are strict on their company rules. Send a mail to sub.[protected]@abp.in but as usual there is no reply.

I had make a complain by shape of a emailed on 12.02.13 but till date reply not receive. With bitter experience and full of regret, I again write to you that I am a regular customer of ABP & TT for more than 20 years using annual subscription offer periodically without any interruption. I have received mobile alert from abp to deposit renewal cheque alongwith filled up renewal form within 15.01.2013 for renewal of the same. I have handed over renewal cheque of Rs 470/- for three months vide cheque no.113514 dt.11.01.2013 drawn on Axis Bank, Burrabazar Branch, Kolkata alongwith filled up renewal form on 11.01.2013 at 7.30 am to Bappa Dey, M-[protected]/Panchu Doloi. Customer No.3605586. Contract No.3008533, Serial No.J6638Z1, Subscribers Name : Chaiti Dutta, Centre - Patuli. After that one of your representative Mr.Sunil Halder, M- [protected] phoned me and came to my residence on 11.02.2013 and said till date not receive the cheque and asked for another renewal cheque. Despite of payment made once on 11.01.2013 after lapse of more than one month till date (18.02.13) I have not receive the coupon. Please take immediate drastic action against the vendor Panchu Doloi/Bappa Dey(M-[protected]) for non receipt of coupon.

It may be noted that I was subscriber under above party number for ABP-TT publications for a period of SIX months
effective 01oct14 and I had made the payment ONLINE on 10aug14 for Rs.1095/= against my SBI/CC through net
and credit of payment to ABP PVT LTD A/C acknowledged by you on 14Aug14 throguh email and by Helpline.
I have two issue in connection with above -

ISSUE I - During Durgapuja tenure(2104) no ABP-TT publications not received by me for a period of 04days eff 01oct14.
How same will be adjusted or refunded ?
IISUE II - Though you had promised and assured that coupons for subscription period (01OCT14-MAR15) for SIX months
tenure would definitely reach me latest by 28Oct14. I regret to inform you that in spite of my continuous
effort keeping touched with your Helpline through phone and email and series of assurances from helpline
desk on the issue till date (01Nov14) when I am supposed to handover the coupon to my Vendor same not
received by me. Regret to inform when money credited to your A/C well in advance about two and half months
back of "Subscription period" starts how come coupons for subscription did not reach me with in stipulated
period . It is really ridiculous when same not responded positively from your side ! Revert who will held responsible
for above consequences where I failed to handover coupon to my vendor for OCT14 publications !
REVERT URGENTLY WILL APPROPRIATE RESOLUTIONS !

I Sankar Chandra Murari want to cancel my online subscription renewal as i made a wrong payment of Rs.3194 for ABP + TT +Telekids (for 1 year) in the consumer ID 61282340 whereas i had to do a payment of Rs.2360. So kindly cancel my subscription. And help me do new subscription.
