I am Sandip Kumar Basak and a subscriber of combo offer of Anandabazar and Telegraph newspaper, contract no.3001426. I have already paid by cheque no. 004776 dated 7.7.2012 of Rupees 852/- for renewal of my subscription.Money was deducted from my account and a message was received from ABP Pvt. 13.7.2012 acknowledging the receipt of money and activation of renewal. As per the SMS I was supposed to receive the coupons by 7.8.2012. But on 4.8.2012, I received a message from VM-ABPSUB that "the coupons were returned on 31.7.2012 as consignee shifted" and was asked to call at [protected] (11am-5pm). I have been residing at the same address BC 141, Salt lake, Sec 1, Kol-64 for the last three and half years and receiving coupons at this address for the same period regularly. I started to inform the helpline and the no. [protected] repeatedly for several times since 6.8.2012 till to date 19.8.2012 and requested them to deliver the coupons at the earliest and not received them yet. The no. [protected] is basically a courier company no. and whoever picks up the phone behaves very badly. I strongly complain against this courier service and the helpline personnel of ABP Pvt. Ltd. for their inaction even after repeated calling. I have to rethink seriously before taking any decision about next renewal of this subscription. My vendor is insisting me for the coupons but I am unable to deliver it to him yet. I strongly protest against this delivery of coupon system of APB.Pvt. Ltd. Was this information helpful? |
