Accel Frontline, Greams Rd, Chennai — Delay in returning back the handset, no proper response from officials in the service centre | |||
Today: 11 Sep 2012 I submitted my Sony Ericsson SK17i handset in Jul 28 2012 for Touch not working fault. Till today they have not returned the handset fixed. Whenever asked they say they have not received the required parts. Also they dont attend the calls. When ever they feel like attending to a call they respond to the rings. The Branch Manager also is not responsible and yesterday he promised me that he would make a call back to update on the status but till 12 i didnt receive a call back. And from 10 AM today I am trying to reach them but the number renders no response. When I spoke to him at 12 he promised he would give a call back to update me by 2PM today and now it is 3:15 PM and no call till now. Why such a lethargic behaviour from the company?? Why should they be called as Authorised dealers for Sony Ericsson services when they cannot resolve a touch issue even after 1 month and 12 days time. The main concern is not responding properly when our product is in their hands. Such an irresponsible attitude towards customers. Is really Sony Ericsson service support this bad or is it these people who make it look bad.??? Was this information helpful? | |||

Atlast I got my hand set after 2 long months on 29 Sep. Its been only a week now and again seeing issues in the handset. Hopeless job with the service centre and SE service too.. Totally disappointed with the way SE CC and SE works.
