SUNDIRECT RECHARGE MONEY DEDUCTED NOT RECHARGED

SIR,
YESTERDAY I RECHARGED SUNDIRECT DTH, ERROR HAS COME. REFERENCE NO NOT COME EVENTHOUGH MONEY DEBITED FROM MY VISA CREDIT CARD. TILL NOW IT IS NOT RECHARGED. KINDLY HELP ME TO GET BACK MY MONEY. IF IT FRAUD SITE KINDLY DO SOMETHING TO CLOSE THIS SITE.
