respected sir,

i made a online recharge from the site (freecharge.in). they deducted the balance from my bank account but not did a recharge. when i called them they are not attending properly.

i have been writing them several mails but of no use

i am filing a complaint aginst them
they are cheap

Freecharge : Accelyst solutions Pvt. Ltd. — Recharge Fraud

I used their website for recharging my reliance cdma number on 30.04.11 and paid Rs. 165.00 for recharge through net banking. But till date I have not received any credit in my mobile account.
On writing mail to them, they replied :- "Your recharge for the amount of Rs.165 is successfully done from our end. Kindly contact your service provider. Your transaction id is [protected]."

Also, as per the telecon confirmation with the Reliance customer care executive they told me that no transaction has happened in my account.

I have been asking for Reversal / recharding of the transaction but no reply is coming from their end.

I think I have done a mistake using this services.

There are no contact nos of your their office where I can call some one.

I have recharged on 22.07.2011 to my friend's Vodafone Mobile No - [protected] for Rs. 500/- thru Credit Card & transection was in progress till Payment Deduction.

i'm nandha.. today i've recharged my reliance mobile with an amount of RS.299/- from freecharge.in . the amount was successfully transferred from my account and the mobile was not yet recharged. i don't know what to do. i have contacted all the no.'s given in accelyst solution pvt ltd. but none is responding... pls any one can help me out how i can get back my money... my mail id is nandha.[protected]@gmail.com...
