SHUT DOWN OF LAPTOP DUE TO OVERHEAT

Dear sir,
Myself Dharmaraj Baban Pagar.
I purchased Laptop of Accer Company on date 14/04/2011 of Sr.no.LXR4F0C093051291871601.
Laptop is 3 yrs under warranty.I take service from service centre 3 times.
But the problem is still exist.
There may be definitely serious hardware problem.Please give me replaced new one.
