[Resolved]  Ace2Three.com — Bonus Offers

Sir,

I have been playing rummy on gaming sites such as rummycircle.com, ace2three.com,
classicrummy.com. These companies come with bonus offers frequently which prima
facie amounts to cheating the public and thus fraud.

Today in rummycircle.com site they have offered 50% bonus on deposits which attracts
the public who make such deposits without properly understanding the rules made by
them for getting such bonus.
For example, in this offer, they have offered a bonus of 50% on deposits i.e. if a person
deposits Rs.500/- the bonus he is entitled is Rs.250/- which immediately they show as
due as per the offer. The main trick lies in the hidden terms & conditions, which
mentions that the amount of bonus will be released in 5 chunks of Rs.50/- each, and
to get this one has to play worth ten times the bonus amount. That is, for one chunk of
Rs.50 he has to play worth Rs.500/- and to get the entire bonus amount of Rs.250/-
he has to make further deposits and play worth Rs.2500/- that too within a short
span of 15 days.

Suppose one has deposited Rs.500 and he is entitled to a bonus of 50% i.e. Rs.250/-.
If he plays games for Rs.500/- and loses all the games, he will get bonus of Rs.50/-
and if he does not make further deposits, he loses the remaining bonus which he was
entitled to as per the bonus offer. So the bonus he actually gets is only Rs.50/- that
is only 10% of the amount deposited.

Therefore, in reality if one has to get the offered bonus of Rs.250/-, he has to make
further investments and play games worth Rs.2500/- within a period of 15 days which
is possible only for people who have surplus funds and no other activities.

In short, though the bonus offer is 50%, the actual bonus one will get will be only 10%
and as such these offers are fraudulant and cheating/deceiving the public.

It is true that the method of releasing is clearly stated in the terms and conditions
and I am not disputing that. My complaint is only about their fraudulant offer of high
percentage of bonus whereas the actual disbursement is only 10%.

I had sent many complaints by email to the company but they did not want to accept
it and turned it down saying that this is being followed by all and is a marketing strategy.

I am forwarding this to you with the hope that you will agree with my views and help
to stop such fraudulant offers.

If you are not the authority to deal with such complaints, kindly let me know whom I
should approach.

Krishnadas

Guys,

There is a issue i have on rummycircle.com i am a new user and accordingly went ahead and played as much as i an.. i would have invested arund 3000 and lost most of it and had 11k balance in the acount and suddenly one day they locked my account stating i have colluded with another player called venusdharma. Please look into the statistics that they have provided. People pick and drop cards in every game and i have lost so much of money in this site and this is what these guys do. When i claimed for more details they first give me some statistics stating i have played 6 games with him and now they have captured the money under fairplay. after a few days i find out that his account has been locked and unlocked without any deductions.

How is this possible?? when asked they say that i have won all the games which is why they have loked my account and released his it seems. I am going legal with this. Is there anyone with similar complints?

regards
