Acer 4743z Laptop — DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

i purchased an acer 4743Z laptop just a month ago,both the external and internal mikes were not working because the main board was missing,,thus it proves to be a defective one ,so i asked for a replacement as it was a hardware defect,,but the dealer refused and just provided us with a service saying that it is companys policy..
As the company has sold me a defective laptop i have a right to get a new one in replacement.
