Acer Aspire 5740g — Delayed Service | |||
my newly bought laptop Acer aspire 5740G was under warranty and given for repair at Delta Technology Goa as referred by ACER. Its one month now and the laptop is not yet repaired. I lost one month warranty period also lot of money and inconvenience due to this delay. Service station has not yet received the part. Problem was these was sometimes no display when computer was started. Service center engineer told that the mother board has to be changed. but they did not receive that part yet.also the acer customer care call center has not have any information and is very difficult to contact. I am displease with both acer and service centre for the delay and want to file a complaint in the consumer forum against both. and wan them to pay the compensation for the delay cause. i have bought acer laptop on 30th July, from your dealer Yusuf Vanyak. The laptop didn't run for a month. I gave it for repairment to I.T. Care, Raipur (C.G.), till the day I have not got the response, and not only this the peson dealing to the I.T.Care, Tatibandh, Raipur(C.G) doesn't respond to the phone, he doesn't take the pain to pick up his mobile. The worse thing was that I was unable to enjoy the work in laptop for more than seven days. Sir, I'm lawyer by profession and this is my last request in your acer office now I will be going to response against your company in the Consumer Court.
