I have purchased a Acer Aspire 5745 laptop (sl. no. LXPTW0C[protected]) on16/5/2011. Right from the day one it got hanged when connected to direct power supply.
I registered the complaint on couple of ocassion, finally the service centre agreed that motherboard is faulty and got to be replaced and it will take time.
I inquired how much time it will take, they told me from 15 days to one month. But till date (06/09/2011) there is no response from service centre or customer care. Both are giving the same answers that they can tell only the status of complaint not the time when mother board will be changed? Was this information helpful? |
