Recently I purchased your acer aspire 4830t laptop (date:24/10/2011).But the problem is one of the USB port is not working. All the drivers were installed, but no result. I have consulted your showroom/service center Belgaum, but they told its hardware defect from the company only.
If the products are not tested before delivery what about the cosumers ? even after consulting service center they are not responding properly !!
what should I do now ? If its defect from company they should replace the laptop or they should provide on spot service. Who will be responsible for this ?
