Acer — laptop damage by service provider

Dear sir,

with in 1 and half month of purchase of acer laptop. i was facing the problem of hingies, power botton and very low output from the audio speaker. within whole year i have submitted for the same reason to the Ashtech technologies situated in the ahmedabad city. recent today when i went to collect my laptop. i found the power button completely broken by the service provider and they say i was alrealy broken. to this prob. is also reported to acer ahmedabad office. please guide me for the claims for the demage done to my laptop by the service provider "Ashtech Technoloies" situated behind gurudwara, S.G. highway.
