[Resolved] Acer, Extensa 4620 — Dangerous Crack on lid (Display) | |||
I have been using acer extansa 4620, for last two years. it has got 3 years warrenty. Now I an facing a dangerous problem with my laptop. That is I have found a serious Crack on back side(both right and left ends) of my lid. When I approach customer service center, they told that, it cant repaire or replace. I have found a severe crack on back side of My laptop( Extensa-4620-LXE900C0107450DE982000) Lid Both Right And Left).My Laptop Have Three Year Warranty.But the customer service centers are telling that they cant repair or replace the same.
