[Resolved] Acer India — Worst Customer Service | |||
Acer Customer Service is one of the worst i have ever seen. Its been 3 months since i gave my laptop to the service center and they said there should be a replacement of the motherboard. But since then whenever i call the person at the service center he use to say that the part has not yet been received. When i check with the case id in the apn.acer.co.in website it said that the case has been resolved. I use to call the customer care almost every day for the past 3 months and everyone would say that i would get the part on particular date. I kept on waiting and really frustrated. I even spoke with the manager and many supervisors in the Acer Customer Care, invariably everyone is lying to me. Getting an Acer product is one of my biggest mistakes. Till now i haven't got any true information about my laptop. I am so fed up. I am going to sell that laptop as soon as i get it from them. I will give away that for 1000rupees which i got it for Rs.40000 in January. Call me at [protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||
