[Resolved]  Acer Laptop — Surely the worst

i have purchased one acer laptop(ASPIRE 5735Z) in Qatar on 12/11/2008.I serched above said model in your website. When i was buying the laptop i did not get Driver CD now i need this hence i would request to sugest me to avial this CD as early as possible.I look forward your favourble replay .

i gt an acer aspire laptop from jamshedpur, from an acer dealer on 19-06-07. the system was problem free for the first 8-10 months after which it started giving problems, notably battery backup and formatting.

i am a student currently based in vellore. last year my power button also started giving me a lot of problems. i had to hold it down for quite some time before the system starts. i went to a qualified acer service centre in vellore (fox plus computers as seen in the acer site). the people there were very rude, and made me run a kot of times before giving me my laptop back. and evn whn i got my laptop back, the button was still not working hw it used to. after a lot of argument and literally shouting, i was charged rs 500 for doing practically nothing on the laptop.

and the latest problem, my screen cracked, without falling once. i was playing a game on my system when i took a break for 10 minutes. when i resumed i saw my lcd scrren had cracked, which gradually spread.

i am not going to the fox plus somputers again because they dont know how to behave with customers. its ironical taht acer prides itself on delivering excellent customer care. i found it pointless to argue afetr a time. things had gone ugly with the service centre people shouting that i was accusing them of thieving and cheating the customers.

please help, i am in a predicament. i sent a mail to the acer people without any reply being sent.

ASPIRE 4720Z — System working very slow

My system is not working properly and running very slow. And also Windows have to currept by every two months an i am facing a lot of problems with my laptop.
So kindly halp me out as soon as possible.

my laptop model is acer 5052 ... the service center guys says that there is a problem in the power on off device ... they replace that device at my first service...now the same problem again comes ... if the device is failure why you are not rectify the device model..you just replacing the same old model device and that too much cost... the peripherals are too cost... i am totally un happy with this model.

xp set is remaining due to discharge of battery
so it cant go further it reqired some file path from xp cd

4720z — improper working of scren in laptop

little bit movement in laptoop its scren becomes white than have to log off and log on two to three times for taking it normal scren...

acer 4720z — getting hanged

hi i'm using acer 4720z for past one year.now i'm facing new problem like the system getting started normally and we can run any application, everything working fine but after 5 min its getting hanged ..even if i press ctrl+alt+del its not working.i cant able to shutdown the system .. i directly switched off the power.again if i start the system for first 5 min its working normally and again hanged..please provide me the solution???????????

Help me please... I experience it long, glad to see this forum so that I can tell you about my problem and maybe I have the same problem with others, this is all about my laptop.. Acer 4315, after few minutes in using it it becomes white, I can't see anything in the screen, no other way to do is to restart it, it loses all of my works.

ACER LAPTOP ASPIRE MODEL

I am facing error NTLDR is missing, Press cntl+alt+del to restart. But by doing that same error is coming again and not getting booted up, . Not even able to operate safe mode. As this is the model without CD drive, you are requested to immediately send us the rectification software to the mail id which can be inserted through an USB. Request your assistance immediately
