my self Kumail abbas i purchase new laptop 4 month also now it give the problem it shows the qualty which the Acer manufacture. i went to ur service station but they are not doing anything and tell me lodge a complaint with acer.
is this the best quality provided by your company. i am very dissapointed. look into this matter ASAP.

Acer Laptop — facing many problems with acer laptop
I purchased acer 57382 laptop on 6 0ct 2009 from Contec Systems, nehru place, delhi. serial no: LXPEYOXO [protected]. From last three months i am facing many a problems with the laptop. many a times i gave it for servicing at Digitech services pvt. ltd. in sec 16 mkt, Faridabad, Haryana. earlier it had a problem of laptop base overheating. But the problem was not solved and i faced other problems like 15 minutes battery back up and now its screen gets off in 15 minutes. I took it to the service center twice but they said they do not have competent engineer to solve the issue. i also took the complaint to the laptop seller but he told that he do not deal with the complaints of laptop.Please look into the issue ASAP

sir,i'm acer laptop user,my laptop is under warrenty,i gave my laptop service center for reparing 28-09-10, they say wait 5 daye,after 5 days i call service center they say part is not available and i also call daily customer care ther say part is not available and say wait 2 days,2days....
after 1 month company not reparing laptop and not taking seriously my problem.plz give me justice

as i have purchased 3 months back laptop from pacific mall croma center aspire 5542 it hangs up at the time of oppaning of system gives beep The problem is that sometime LCD screen get off white and all application are working in background.when i have Hibernate or restart the laptop then it has came into its original state.

i too purchased acer aspire 5738G it gets heated up and swithes off after so much complaints now for the last two months the laptop is in the service sentre with standby laptop with me. i lost my data and no data to work on till i get my laptop. but service response is better. but too months is really a long time to service loptop
I purchased a aspire 5542 only in April 10 and it has started giving me problems after 6 months. Indeed Acer is the worst company I have seen. Their attitude is callous.The service centres take lot of time to repair and even new laptops start giving lot of problems. This is my personal experience.
My personal experience also has been the same . Acer is really worst. The company do not have spare parts and they take weeks together to do a minor repair even during warranty period. Please do not buy Acer Laptops.

Acer/Laptop — don't buy acer laptop
the services given by acer support is worst...the laptop gets spoiled frequently...
my laptop was having sound problem, it was out of warranty...
i gave it acer service center, bhubaneswar to repair it, they didnt repair and cheated with me, they changed my inbuilt keyboard...
after my complaint they misbehaved and told that my keyboard was not working properly...
please bare this in mind before buying a laptop, dont choose acer..

(c) Date Of Purchased: 16 Sep 2010.
I had purchased this laptop on 16th Sep 20010. Last few weeks there have been numerous problems with the hardware of this laptop which have been repeatedly getting replaced. Your Call Co-ordinator Mr. Arvind was assisted me on[protected] at my place. At that time I complained about LAN Port of Laptop with Case ID: 02711-37 & your person was agreed that its Not Working properly. After that no one can rectify this simple issue. But last few days I am suffering from issue of WiFi Connectivity problem of same laptop. It's very needful to replace these parts as soon as possible, because I am using this laptop for Wireless Networking purpose.
Do the needful as soon as possible.
So I think that these issues should need rectify in few days.

Acer Laptop — ACER - WORST LAPTOPS AND SERVICE
i have purchased my acer laptop model acer aspire 5740g from a shopping mall in bangalore.on 31st july 2010 .But just after 3 months of purchasing it the dvd drive started giving problems by not working correctly so being much fed up of it i finally got it replaced with another new one by by acer authorised service centre at langfort,bangalore on february/march 2011. by wasting my much money and time on transportation etc.but again just after 3 months later i again stopped working now even more worse than before of it replacing one.i can't play any disc in my dvd drive.now the problem is that i have left bangalore and returned to my native place in uttarakhand and there is no nearby acer showroom.The closest one is at delhi which is almost 245 kms away from my city.now i m dperessesd becuase of it as my warranty will end on 31st july 2011.my id :[protected]@ymail.com30%
