Acer — unattended call after giving reminders

Dear Team,
I have logged my notebook issue on 08/09/2012 from call center but still as on date my complaint is not attended by them after that
i tried several times to know the status but the ivrs system always give me only one message that all our engineers are busy in attending call please wait sometimes for hours ihave to wait and nobody came on the line nor any body is bothered to know why its not attended. I think since Its under warranty period so company donot want to attend my call after this warranty period is over they will be attending this problem.
