My name is dheeraj and i have a latest model acer aspir i3, the complaint was not booting, i called the toll free number which took such a huge time that i have to wait for half a day. this is very irresponsible thing afterwards once i was connected they took my model number and they gave me a case id[protected]. they told me it will take three working days to attend the case on the third day a guy came and told me that he is from the acer company and took the laptop he gave me a slip without any sl.number on that, till date i have not get any response from them what should i do....shall i go for a consumer court and put up a case against you and your service.Let me check weather this will make any difference.....
