[Resolved]  Action Balaji Hospital, Paschim Vihar — Bad hospital in West Delhi

Sri Balaji Action Medical Institute aka Balaji Action Cancer Hospita has a very rude and unfriendly staff ... there tall claims fall flat when it comes to handling patients ... just focused on how to mint money from patients and otherwise also doesn't fit to fall in categories of hospitals :(

First, I am sorry for the loss of everyone..
I do not know whether these feedbacks are real or not bcz other hospitals might try to ruin the respect for their own profit plus everyone in India try to talk bad about others and this has been in our culture for a long time..not wasting your time..
My name is Ojesh and i had a problem of Epidermoid cyst of my right cheek..i was treated by doctor K.S Nagpal..
I would like to tell you that " the way, i was operated in Minor OT was amazing". and they took care of me in the best way.
while i was being operated i was thinking "this operation could not have been done in a better way"
My doctor (K.S Nagpal) was a genuine guy and he really cared about his patient..
staff members were fine and i felt nothing wrong in the hospital..

The Doctor and other staff in casualty were very rude and incooperative. There were blood stains on the bed sheets and they were very dirty. When they asked me to lie down on the bed I requested them for change of bed sheets. I was wondering how the doctor the name card he had hidden in his shirt pocket was making fun of me. When one of their staff came with one patient (her relative) she also told them about the bed sheets. The nurse told the staff lady for a special bed in the corner which was neat and clean and only for staff members. I wonder how irresponsible the doctors and other medical staff working in Balaji Action Hospital and there is no place for hygiene and cleaning even in the emergency. One staff a gents (they hide their names put the cards in the shirt pocket) told me that I will take 1 1/2 to 2 hours to change the bed sheets.

Sub: Mercy from a cancer patient for suitable cancer treatment.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to draw your kind attention towards the unrealistic treatments given to the cancer patients in your hospital.

I am a cancer patient taking treatment (CT+RT) under supervision of Dr. Anish Maru for Chemotherapy plan and Dr. Dinesh Singh for Radiothereapy Plan as advised.

I was told by Dr. Anish Maru that we will be giving you three chemotherapy and 35 Radiotherapy sessions as advised by Dr. Dinesh Singh.

My first chemo was done on 08th July 2015 thereafter IInd was done on 15th July 2015 and IIIrd on 22nd July 2015.

I being a cancer patient believing the doctors as God to me thinking that under his supervision I will be definitely fine after the treatment completed. As on date I have taken 3 Chemmos but only 7 radiations have been done. I managed to go to the hospital daily as per the time allotted to me for radiation and many times surprised to know that the machine is not working; today it was the 4th occasion in 15 days when the radiation machine is not working, most of the times I was not inform about that and have to return without taking radiation.

All three chemo sessions have completed and till date only given 7 radiations are delivered to me. According to plan, the radiations should be on daily basis and it should have completed around 20 sessions till date. I raised this issue before Dr. Dinesh Singh, he ask me to consult with Dr. Aneesh Maru as chemo he is responsible for chemo planning.

In this situation the combination between chemo session and my radiations session doest don’t seems matching, Dr. Maru without seeing my progress and radiation schedule give me further time for cheemothereapy.ie.29th July 2015. He should have checked how much radiations have been delivered to me after that may suggest. Only Cheemo will not kill my cancer germs, both treatments in collaboration need to be given.

In these situations any one, especially in this critical situation can think that the doctors are only there for making the higher billing of the hospital might be this is the reason that Dr. Maru has given the third chemo without collbration of ration schedule and schedule for next chemo without correlation from the radiation department. I would ask, is this the best arranged treatment plan from your hospital.

I would plea that a suitable enquiry may please be examined for giving a proper coordinated treatment to me and the patient taking treatment in the hospital. A session of chemo cost me around 60 thousands and gives a lot of pain.

Through this letter, I don’t have any plan to hurt anyone reputation, my main aim to take proper treatment and alert hospital authorities so that it may not create any major problem further to the hospital.


Waiting for a significant justice for taking the best treatment with maximum supervision along with economic treatment as I am a the only dependent to my family and facing very difficulty in arranging the cash required from time to time.

My father recently undergone stent surgery in this hospital. Due to that a clot introduced in his brain. Its is causing a lot of problem to him. He is getting hiccups from last 2 weeks but doctors are not capable enuf to treat that. He is not able to sleep from last 2 weeks. Anyone please telme how will he recover if he will not sleep. We are not in the condition to take him to another hospital. N here doctors dnt even talk to you well.

I request you please tell us if you are not able to treat him. You hospital reputation is not more than life of a family. It beg you for this. Please atleast let us know the condition he is in.

Pathetic hospital Action Balajee with Torturers.
Had a worst experience at Heart chamber (HC) ICU for my mother.
They have spoiled 12th pass employees running the show who only take people as like KFC flesh and know best how to drag the case and sufferings to earn money and that is it, from by-pep to ventilator and earn few lakhs by torturing. Then We shifted to Ganga Ram hospital.

This entity is doing anti-social activities on name of hospital and Doctors. Few culprits and tortures at Action Balajee ICU are - Dr Sanjeev, Dr Sanjay, Dr Amar Singhal.

Shame on you Indian terrorist (so called doctors at action balajee) and you must be in jail for killing more people then actual terrorist does.

This hospital (Action Balaji Hospital, Paschim Vihar) is one of the worst hospital in India. I lost my Father within 3-4 hours after taking him to this hospital he was just 69. My father was only having vomiting early morning (due to indigestion) so we took him to this hospital at 9 am as it was near by. There on health history form provided by them we clearly mentioned that he is diabetic and long back he had bypass surgery. Not sure whether any doctor read that form or if read they know what treatment to give to a diabetic patient. Like a normal patient they immediately put him on glucose and did ECG (which they said was normal). Till the glucose bottle was about to get empty he was fine and talking perfectly but suddenly he had severe breathing problem. No doctor came to see him even remotely asked the nurse to put oxygen but instead of putting oxygen she put nebulizer (such a big negligence). Doctors did ECG again and that was not normal. And when the situation got out of control they said the first ECG they did in the morning also was not at all normal (to show that the condition was itself critical when the person came to hospital). On asking when they showed the morning ECG report the time on it was of 1 pm -the reason they told that their machines runs 3 hours ahead (Stupid reason in today's world). My question is when they get to know that the ECG was not normal in the morning then why didn't they gave any treatment for that at that time. Second thing is giving glucose to diabetic person shoots sugar level in the body and the person can collapse which happened with my father. Unfortunately we get to know this from my cousin who is a doctor after we lost him. My father didn't ever had any BP problem but after all this doctors said he doesn't have any BP they were hammering his chest like anything. At that point we were able to figure it out that we have lost him but see the inhumanity of the doctors. They said that they are taking him to ICCU and asked us to deposit 40000 for the same immediately. They still want to make some money on the dead body of my father how shameful it is. They also refused to release the body until we sign that it's a normal death. Upon bringing home we noticed that there is a wide medical bandage on the lower abdomen, not sure what they did over there. Its a mystery. They forget we all are humans one day they will also get old and might can fall sick. They have elders & kids in their families one day they can also be in my father's situation. No God will come to help them here on earth only doctors are god who can save the lives. Now Medical has become a profession every body running behind money ruining humanity. Hospitals are over loaded with patients with few & inexperienced doctors. I lost my father but don't want the same happen to any of your beloved one so be careful choosing hospital/doctor.

My wife was admitted in the hospital for removal of gall bladder under Dr. Sandeep Gupta however he left my wife under some other doctor for performing operation. After operation my wife was making several complaints to the doctor however he ignored all and discharged her. When again we contacted and visited Dr. Gupta, he removed the drain pipe and later on said that another surgery is to be performed. When we asked for why, he was not able to answer. We took her to another hospital and finally to B L Kapur hospital where the doctors found her condition critical and a major surgery was performed to save her life and 1 ft of her intestine was removed as the same was perforated at 8 places by the doctor at Balalji hospital. I have already filed complaint against the hospital and the doctor and will take them to the highest court of law for such negligence.

Its money making company and not at all a HOSPITAL. It needs to be investigated on how they could get a licence to operate. Doctors are busy in their own discussions while they listen to patients. One can understand the attitude of the Doctors. Very Poor Service.

Doctors are fully money minded in this hospital .I lost my grandmother because of stupid doctors in this hospital. they put stent just to sell there product and make money they made this a business. they didn't checked that stent needed or not due to old age woman They did not treated well and My grandmother condition was getting worse day by day after putting stents .All doctors trainee just gossips and they don't mind how patients family tense . they all just know money. when we decided to take her to other hospital then doctor says we don't guarantee that she can reach to ambulance to move other place . keep her here if she is here with us then she alive. then other day night her condition become more worse But no better treatment was given by doctors of Balaji. Except this, they put her on ventilator for two days and after that, my grandmother expired on 23april 2016...real fact is this that before putting on ventilator she was dead just doctors to make us fool for two more days and can able to make more money in this two days...from diljeet singh

I'm surjeet singh my father is admited yesterday but today the doctor come n told to m the doctor for shifted to the room.but Mr. Roshan n nurse said to there is no room available in the hospital till morning 10 I clock to 9 o'clock they r not provide me the room so I request to all plz don't come in this hospital for treatment. Go for other bcz other clients they hv also problem

food served in the hospital does not meet the need of patient infact a healthy person can fall ill after eating such food that's why staff always give digene or acidity tablet as they know food will create stomach infection. on the name of sandwich hospital staff just put butter on normal daily bread and serve to patient. soup just like left out water from washed vegetables.same glass for drinking water for as many days you are admitted. chapattis and subzi yuk much more to say

al infection that need only vancomycin, rifampicin with levofloxacin.because in my case organism is coagulase negative staphylococcus sp.
But here at balagi hospital for make money dr. Prescribed me as operation as charge me 35, 000 inr.
After that i have serious issue because after operation bacteria infected whole leg and the whorse condition appears as blood swelling at operational area.
Dr. Promise me after 1 month all thing will be fine.but after 1 month balaji hospital's dr. Told i don't know why this thing happening..i am too much frusted.
After loss my money and time. Finally i leave hospital and consult with aiims dr. He told me this is simple bacterial infection so he prescribed me vancomycin.after 4 day blood swelling get normal.after 12 days all bacterial infection cleared 100%.

I very much agree with all said above for this hospital cum hotel .

After all i am suggesting every body don't admitted in this hospital.
Very worse hospital ever i seen in india.they only making money with jokers type dr.
I will provide my cr. No of balaji hospital if any body really want to make better service in balaji hospital as said above.

I lost my father ..due to doctor make money minded theme mai doctors ku kabhi maf nai kruga Na hi bhagwan they said every day arrange 1 lakh per day..my father is OK..I was 4 lakh after day they given bad experiences and said we ll doing operation and expenses 20 lakh arrange after we decided in night we all doing aims and said to doctor and they closed medicine and said first please arrnage moneybl now then we discharge we paided after 4:hour they discharged and not given medicine and we goes aims and aims doctors said patient condition very critical due to later other wise patients is OK..but now u late...balaji hospital give normal person convert to critical condition so pls request we all love with known so pls don't suggest and safe balaji hospital...

I agree to all the above statements.My father was admiited on Thursday &today we are getting him discharged because o[censored]nprofessional approach of d hospital &staff.No one cares about the paitent, sisters r simply unqualified &rude.doctors don't visit on time&sisters r not even aware of it.He was addmitted for gastro issue initially, bt as he is a sugar paitent also which was fluctuating frm 370+ to 52...which is a huge difference.No sugar readings were being noted&no doc.related to this issue was even informed. Nurse reply fr not givng him insulin was tht she did not had d file...so she didn't give.
In fact we went to OPD for the same and requested the doctor to check my father.He came and diagnoised him.
Several reasons for people not to ever visit Balaji Action are:
1.Reports or tests that were conducted was not even informed to us.
2.No senior doctors are available in night.
3. Family members r not aware of any proceedings of the paitent.
4.staff especially sisters r highly in disciplined, non experienced&under qualified.(they r bzy havng pizza parties at night &taking selfies)jst imagine..
5.Interns or Jr.Doc r not even aware of basic &normal sugar levels &when asked, he gave shameless reply :ki 8 points hi to kam ha" i.e 52..is jst 8 points less that too of a paitent when previously checked ws 370.
6.At 5am d staff is there to change d bedsheet &r nt concernd whethr d paitent is awake or asleep.
7.similarly at 11pm when paitent is asleep.a nurse jst barged into the room&orders to change d room without our consent.
I am getting short of space here but, my experience is exteremly disappointing.in last 3 days we culdn't tell &convince ourselves that our father is in safe hands.Can't beleive a profession like this is mere left to money making &nothing else.Life does not have value in hospitals like these.

My Father Mr Tejveer singh was brought in Emergency to this hospital due to severe respiration problem occurred from plueral effusion on 23rd September. He was admitted under Railway panel which was confirmed before reaching hospital and even his admit card said same. Unfortunately, he could not be saved. I was devastated due to loss and it was at that time hospital made there move. They gave some silly excuse and asked to pay in cash all the expenses as there was a supposed glitch with the Railway panel admittance. I gave in to their demand as i was in no position to argue at the dead body of my father. Very cruel way of them to escape with cash money when they would be reimbursed by railways for same, only for wanting to avoid paperwork with railways. I would take if further now and just going through necessary case building information.
