It is really surprising, unlike other banks user-friendly new netbanking registration is a hurdle process & not available in KVB, it is so complicated. Therefore, it is appreciated that, to review and amend the same for first time users & to add a link "new registration" for customer centric services. As we have been struggling for months to create netbanking and are unsuccessful despite personal visit to the branch, although pin is received. Moreover, we have been making "N" no of calls to call centre, who unfortunately or as usual keep giving us excuses like system upgradation, system error, etc.
In view of the above, request KVB management to treat this on TOP PRIORITY and to upgrade the new netbanking gateway with immediate effect.

This is to infom you that I PAWAN KUMAR, A/C No.
30300706975 I.P. Estate, New Delhi. I have applied for net banking two months before.
Till date neither I have got internet kit nor have any access to internet banking.
Also the Bank Staffs are not giving any response regarding my complaint. Due to which I suffer from great inconvenience.
Plz take some steps forward.
My clint code is esi54827 .I have been provided with fresh login password and trade password but login is still locked .kindly unlock my login facilities .
