It is really surprising, unlike other banks new netbanking registration easy access is not available in KVB, it is so complicated, it is appreciated that, for first time users, to add a link "new registration" for customer centric services. As we have been struggling for months to create netbanking and we have make "N" no of calls to call centre. Where unfortunately they keep giving us excuses like system upgradation, systen error, etc.

Hope KVB management treats this on TOP PRIORITY and upgrade the new netbanking gateway with immediate effect.

Therefore, it is appreciated that, to review and amend the same for first time users & to add a link "new registration" for customer centric services. As we have been struggling for months to create netbanking and are unsuccessful despite personal visit to the branch, although pin is received. Moreover, we have been making "N" no of calls to call centre, who unfortunately or as usual keep giving us excuses like system upgradation, system error, etc.

In view of the above, request KVB management to treat this on TOP PRIORITY and to upgrade the new netbanking gateway with immediate effect.
