I has suggested me not to invest any money without consulting with my partner but Bhanu was continously asking me for the payment cheque on the very same day..
I don't understand why these people are also dragged with those even when they are only employees of the company.. Please convey this information to them if they meet any of you in haridwar..

We would like to share the Address: Kolkatta Office at 197, Sarat Bose Road, Kolkatta-29. I started enquiring about him. I found on consumer complaints, many complaints about him. I left for Kolkata on 16th April, 2010. When I reached there I came to know that he has vanished away form Kolkata his office was closed and many other people like me where searching him as that said Firm and their employees has done a big fraud with us and even we come to know that the process which they have outsourced that was fraud made by themselves to cheat the innocent people there was no such process from Birla sunlife (USA) .Would also like to inform you that M/s. Sambhavna Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd. Mr Abhijit Dey Said me that they are athorised branch of Birla sunlife insurance company and they given me the details like their IRDA Leicence no 5107297, Agent Code AL6573 for Birla Sunlife company in india after they performed good in Birla Sunlife company they got the international tender from USA for Sunlife insurance company but now after meeting others channel partners we all come to know that their was no such process. On 17th April at 6 p.m. i have received a mail from his employee Mr. Bhargav Srivastav of termination of Service Agreement on which the date is mentioned as 31st March, 2011 where in on other hand we received a mail from Abhijit on 8th April, 2011 that he will send us the Report. I am under mental torture and Economic loss of our Partnership Firm as Mr. Abhijit Dey had ran away.
On 16th April 2011 when I was in kolkatta I met some other viticm from Ahemdabad they met me in 197 sarat bose road and then we started enqring about the office landlord and then we met a person called GP G he confirmed us that he has only given the premises on rent but he not the owner he just the co-ordinator we have the converstation recording with us which we can give you for your reference.
On 18th April 2011 we again visited to 197 sarat bose road to inquired about the same and their we come to know that the 197 sarat bose building is owned by some trust and trust has given that premises to Mr. Govind Prasad Goenka.
M/s. Sambhavna Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd. situated at Mr. Govind Prasad Goenka shop and according to Mr. Govind Prasad Goenka he gave that premises on rental basis to M/s. Sambhavna Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd. without any written agreement (Rent Agreement) / document (Identitiy Proof ) as per the custom of Kolkata I was completely surprised by hearing that how can an owner give his place without any document proof. This shows that Mr. Govind Prasad Goenka has also one of the accused who help M/s. Sambhavna Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd. to cheat the innocent people.
When I try to search the accused person then the Iron Shop person of the premises where the office of the M/s. Sambhavna Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd. situated inform me that the owner Mr. Govind Prasad Goenka and Director of M/s. Sambhavna Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd. Abhijit Dey and his employees had meeting on the office of M/s. Sambhavna Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd. its show that before running from that premises the director and the employees met each other to the co-accused owner Mr. Govind Prasad Goenka may be to divide the cheating money collected by various people by cheating.
All my partnership Firm employee are now jobless and my career is spoiled and no one is helping me for the justice. we came to know that Acxiom Staff has filed one FIR against these .. They are now will be caught very soon as the police will definitely take action against them.. The whole staff was crying for help as they have cheated for their career and they people are helpless... They are providing even every little bit of information which they have to save the vendors and to help the legal authorities... We just wish these people will be caught soon...
