I am from ADCL Allahabad and request to all vendors(Approx. 70 vendors) if all they come for two days in Haridwar we can meet to CM O[censored]tterakhand and they will help us to solve this netter as soon as possible. If all the vendor will come we can do barricade the road we will not move until we got the those culipites. please come to haridawar and show the power not to give the response on mail or through Internet. I was stayed More than One week in Haridwar and do lot of work. The FIR was lodged by me and Satish and we are going in Positive direction. Orisa Chanel partner (Abhishek ) is also working here. Neeraj and Lavi is highly involved in this fraud they know everything and in Haridwar SSP is suporting to Lavi so make FIR against Lavi and neeraj in each state. These are heights now... I am fed up with you people. how can u blame the staff if you are not able to track them...We have not stopped you from doing any sort of investigations against us...But when you are not getting anything from anywhere.. you are just putting the pressure on us.. I really hope that you all are not from service classes.. May be any of your family member has gone through this thing if they would have been working for any company..Only then you could have understood that how helpless the employees become when they do not have the proof of their innocence...

One thing more, SSP sir are not supporting us.. We told them each and everything from the very beginning so he knows that employees have no concern with the company like this.. I a very sorry for all your losses and hope justice is done to one and all. I was approached by Acxiom 3 months back for the form filling project where an upfront of 3.5 Lakhs was involved.

I have been in project consulting for long with many big clients. I infact had 12 slots ready to be taken by 3 of my clients if things were transparent. ( vis-a-vis upfront of INR.40 Lakhs)

Things were pretty shady from day one.

A very recently hosted web site with limited info. Please note that initially only the Hyderabad channel partner mail id was updated and no other information shared.Only after my persistent insistence, other contact details were subsequently updated.

As I had my reputation and a lot of my clients money to loose, I visited the channel partner personally and asked for more transparency. Even after many discussions Acxiom was not ready to to take deviation on the upfront. One of my client is around 100 Cr in size, and 15 years old, but such credentials meant nothing to them. Even my suggestion for a Escrow account was declined.

I interacted with one such bogus offshore company called B-Support, where this were similar.

I have been in the business of risk management for more than 10 years, and my assessment has been lack of structured due diligence which ought to be made by one and all.

I also would like to recommend an "association" formed, with independent board members and qualified team to evaluate risks, and minimise such frauds.

I have had the fortune to be with risk management in Banking all my carrier, and I am sure many such frauds can be minimised if all o[censored]s decide to work as one cohesive unit.

We need to form an association for BPO. All the BPO provider Vendor can be a member of the organization.

if a BPO provider is a right company, they can submit all the process details to the association and association can validate the information.

Once it is validated, association can give a Validity number / accepted number.
the BPO provider can market their process with this number and Association acceridiation.

All the upfront payment will be holded by the association acct.

you people are blaiming in staff because you are unable to find out those cheaters and frauds. so that you are doing like this but if you want something positive so you have to catch abhinav vaibhav bhanu aman rahul becuase those are accused. you are wasting your time and giving lots of time to those cheaters. acxiom staff helped you whatever they know, they give all information to you. but actually you people were playing game with staff actually you already planned what you have to do so that you put all names in FIR. and it is not a solution of your problems till you catch those . coz they not only cheated you but also cheated the staff. acxiom staff were helping you but when you blame on those people so they scared and they feel insecure with you vendors. whatever clues you collected against those cheaters just give to police and they will find out those guys. you have their photographs and/or you must give the sketches to police so they will help you to find out those guys. so just try to catch those 5 persons and i wish you will get positive result and got them.
you are working before 10-15 days but it is useless because you are not taking any action against those cheaters. try to track those 5 persons.
