Channel partner from kerala was with Satish from Monday, we (channel partners - Gujarat) are in constant contact with Satish to provide outside help and Local person of Haridwar (who is there to represent Gujarat.) is also there with Satish.

yes sathish, we are all supporting you but when i spoke with shaji itb created lots of doubt. the venders from kerala also called me and i am in a great confusion.
there are peoples who have directly interacted with vaibhav- acxiom so i hope with the corporation of these peoples we can develop a sketch, it may help in tracking these fellows

Friends, the case is in much progres and police identified 7 banking accounts operated by these people on different names.
Efforts r going on for idetification for their liquid and fixed assets of those people . A separate case is also booked on auditor of company.
More information can not be shared as it is public site. So it is my humble request pl find out the people who r posting wrong postings as those belong to acxiom .
We as a group of 15 people from 8 states working united. So pl have faith on us and be patient.

I request you to please let us give more space to find out the new ways of catching them.. If you will keep on doubting the staff members..how will we help you even if we want to..
we people use to get salaries there and how do we know about their intentions being in the office when so much experienced vendors become fool by their talks?
please co-operate with us and do not spread nonsense about the staff...we are also victims of the same. I have tried talking to the vendors one day but it seems that they only blaming us all.. If we had some connection with them, we won't have contacted the police and ran away like those seniors..they only used us as their puppets and ruined our lifes... we also want them to be arrested so that everybody should know the reality and get their money back..
please try to give it a thought and allow us to co-operate u guys.. I spoke to dehardun vendors(Sapphire overseas) and tried to take their help as they from IT background.. We are doing our work and want you to work on the clues which we have provided to the police today.. they will be really useful for taking a lead.

Kuldeep57 if I call you the clarifications between two persons only, can you clarify the same over here it helps all the vendors to support Mr. Sathies.
Can you clear the sunilpjohny doubts?
No channel partner didn’t meet Sidhartha Bhargav? without meeting him how they became the approved channel partner?
Why Mr. Sathies did not revealed the delay (the delay is almost 90 days) of the SLA Agreements to the new vendors.
How they are saying the SLA agreements will be completed in 15 days to the new vendors even though the delay happened to the existing vendors.
Why Mr. Sathies did not revealed his existing vendors contact details to the new vendors?
The vendors did not know each other till this event happen.
They promised about the Bank Guarantee did any vendor received before or after starting the project?
After all these how Mr. Sathies forced the people to pay money (to booking new slots) even though Acxiom did not cleared the bills and did not provided the SLA agreement and did not provided the data also from past three months.
Did the channel partners gave the clear information to the vendors regarding the above stated lines?

J_P_Vasu... Sir i think u r creating unnecessary confusion and this is not the right time for that, it is not a time to fight between us, its a time to help each other to get our money back. I request u to plz co-operate.

Pl try to refrain from blaming the staff or sathish the channel partner and unite together to get our money back. This is not the time to investigate among us but allow sincere people to do their job and get our money back. Atleast from now on stop blaming each other and post only correct information or else just keep quiet for the action to be taken. I have also lost lot of money around 13.5 lakhs and I am also trying out a source to file an FIR in Chennai cos our law states that it is easy to catch the culprit if we join and lodge a complaint in Economic Offense Wing in chennai. So try to come to chennai and file an FIR in Economic wing so that they will trace these .
