[Resolved]  Adfc Pvt Ltd — Company Policy is very bad

Salry increment as well as promotion policy is very bad, their employees works for HDFC Bank but they get very less salry as per their work load, as well as an employee get permotion after recomended by their mentor, here I want to know why there is no any company policy to promote their employee itself.

Hi agree with u all,

I am working for Adfc pvt ltd in HDFC Bank Risk control unit - Cards Dept for last one and half year.
Since the date of my joining i am working on National holidays and Sundays regularly get only 1 vacation
in whole month which affecting my health and personal life badly.
I have to work here minimum of 11-12hour every day some time even more, which can be acceptable in bank jobs.
But every human being need at least one day off in a week give some time to his family & friends.
So when I request my supervisor for weekly off they simply ignore the whole matter and said I will not get any weekly off in a month, I have to work for nearly 365 days and also threat to terminate me from my current job if ask for any weekly off inn future in spite of my good performance for my Dept.

Pls Note as per ADFC Policy –

working on a weekly off (Sunday), bank holiday shall not be mandatory for any employee.
Staff working on a weekly / holidays can be given comp off in lieu of compensation.
Same set of staff can't be asked to work over two consecutive Sundays / holidays.

Behaviors of HDFC bank staff & management are very shameful and they are treating me like a machine.
They are ignoring all my problems and forcing me to work on holidays and Sundays and I am working for nearly 365 days in a month get only 1 vacation in whole month since Feb 2008. I am also working on back to back Sundays and holidays for nearly 7 hours and it which affecting my health and personal life very badly.

So I request you to please sir do the needful. We all are hoping something good from your end.
Due to fear ness of sacking from the job I don’t want to disclose my identity.
Pls help under this difficult condition, so that I can get at least a weekly off facility in a month so that I can get some mental & physical rest or arrange to change my department so that I can work for long time in ADFC.

I M WORKING 4 LAST 9-10 MONTH IN DIS CO. I DON'T KNOW MUCH ABOUT THE OTHER BRANCH BUT D CONDITION KOLKATA BRANCH (ESP:CMS BRANCH IS VERY WORST).THEY WORK D 10-12HOUR & SOME TIME MORE THAN THAT, BUT WHAT WRITTEN IN ADFC SITE ABOUT LATE SITTING POLICY IS NOT TRUE. PPL OF THIS BRANCH DID, NT GET OVER TIME
I am working with ADFC PVT LTD since 14th feb 2008 in RCU Dept handling debit card risk.
Since the date of my joining I used to get only 2 days monthly off.
I work in holidays & national Holidays inspite of having probs in my family & it also affecting my Health.
Is it mandatory for an employee to come in holidays??
Request you to please look into this matter so that i can work for long time with the company.
I am fully agreed with Sunil at the point of salary.That is why I want to get transfer from Risk to some other dept where salary is almost double as compared to risk deptt
ADFC is one of the worst places to work for. promotions to women staff is given only if you look good and sleep with the supervisors. Supervisors ask employees to come in on weekends and holidays even if there is no work and the ones that do not comply to 'please' supervisors are treated like dirt and they are most likely going to lose their job to someone else who is ready to 'please'. it is a shame to work in such a place and I think the government should take down such disgusting call centers and BPOs
Guys I m totally agree to all of you except the above complaints of weekly off because I m getting weekly off but in some of the cases I have to work in weekly off/Holidays. Ya I didn't get any over time for it. I m totally agree with Sunil that Salry increment as well as promotion policy is very bad in ADFC. I m working 11-13 hours daily & I m not getting any Over Time Since May-2008. Some time I have words to my Mentor as well as Mentor's Supervisor for the same but no body is intrested regarding this matter & also I want to know that why there is no any company policy to promote ADFC employee???
No good things say about this company just wasting of time as well as life... this company just utilizing employees without any sense... before joining just forget about goals, wants and enjoyment of life...
others companies should know how to make bakra's of innocent educated.
hdfc is using only 5 ADFC staff in customer service in loan sections, daily they are handling 400 customers
approximately 1 staff provides customer service to 80 customers
customer service is very difficult to handle
without staff it is too difficult
customers are waiting 3 hours to solve their small query
is the customer fault to take the loan from hdfc
are ADFC staff fault in providing service to lot of cutomers
all ap loan taken customer have to visit hyd branch to close their loans, but waiting in the branch is very bad
i visited the branch for taking noc for my two wheeler loan, i went to branch from karimnagar to hyd branch for single noc
visited the branch at 12.10
security called my token no at 3.25
are u believe how the time i wasted for single noc
3 hours 15 mins
if i prepare any subject i will pass in 3.25 mns
is this is my fault in taking the loan from hdfc
why hdfc managers are not showing interest on increasing the counters or else providing branches at other locations

u have to provide good service
bank is taking intrest from the customers but not providing interest in providing service to customers
