[Resolved]  Ads Consultancy — Don't given any job offer

Everyone is correct. ADS is a fully fake and fraud consultancy. they frequently change their office so that the candidates who have paid money can not find them Earlier their office was near la-martine school and now their office is in lord sinha road. Friends changing of a co. place is not a big issue. it only needs an application and minimum fees in ROC.Have you seen any begger on the street which starts abusing when you don't pay money to him.This consultancy will start abusing you in their office if you do not pay money to them.The director is totally illiterate and rural person and somehow he has skilled manners of begging money. they will give an fake email like this " 1st round interview" and will never mention the money demand. They will never pick up your call after mail so that you become bound to reach their office where they will start telling you their well organised fraud schemes of money demand. The fool & insane director may use slang language also. Friends if you donot want to insult yourself then dont approach to this begger. Only those consultancy are genuine which donot demand money from candidates. those consultancies who demand money is nothing but a standardised form of begging.

Its true that ADS is a fake consultancy.Their business is only to collect consultancy charges and they will not give anything in return.Even they will not receive your call or they will disconnect.
So guys do not become the next victim and share this message with your friends also.

I am Avijit Manna.I registered their office january.Their HRD Manager Miss. Purnima Mitra taken 500/-rupees and promise me to give 5 to 6 call per month.Ekhono Porjonto ekta interview call o asani.

ADS consultancy is the worst consultancy around in Kolkata... Don't waste your money and time. Forget about giving interview calls, they should first learn some manners.. Behaviour of the management including the security guard is just not acceptable.So, guys just ignore their calls and mails..

I am purna chandra mondal I have registered on dated 08.08.2012 their office. Their Miss swapna taken Rs.1500 and promise me to give 4 calls per month. But till now did not get any call. Also i have called their sent message contact nos like [protected]/52, 64560196 & others are totally switch off. Their no rules for registration amount due to i have read some complain person registration amount. Their taken Rs. 300, 500, 800 for registration.
I have also read some complain there is mentioned ADS consultancy is cheat consultancy. Is it right?

My name is Ranjan Bhattacharya. I had registered my name at ADS consultancy salt lake Infinity Benchmark branch on july 2012. Till date, I have not yet received a single interview call from there end in spite to calling & begging several times at specified ADS mobile's / land number's & toll free number as well. They even don't bother to reply my email as well. They simply playing game with me. Sometime telling me to call at 10am & then next day at 2pm as so on. Playing with human sentiments is a serious crime & therefore I am prepared to take legal steps against the malfunctions they are operating day after day. I request you all to kindly see the matter as very urgent & take firm step against this corruption.

I have no idea what ADS Consultancy has done till now, neither have I even gone for any interview/registration process over there till now.
Today I just got a mail from their side requesting me to visit their office .
Now its not the point that I'm going to focus on .
The thing is, they might have taken money from you after promising that you will get a certain amount of job offers every week/month . But the thing is that, there ain't any consultancy firm that can provide irrelevant jobs to the candidates .
For example you have profile of a fresher and you are looking for a job package of around 2-3lacs per year . Now even though there are certain jobs of this type, you should understand that those jobs are not very frequent .
Again take the example of a candidate having 2-3 years of experience as BPO/Telemarketing etc jobs and is currently looking for a job in managerial then that's not possible also ..
A person should at first understand that what is actually their profile and in what stream they are looking for and more obviously what is the actual requirement for the job .
A person having a poor communication skill and a high tension + union oriented nature will definitely be denied job in most of the firms. And if you are so procured in criticizing others and look for others fault think it in this way where do you actually stand ..
Now as a Hr, I'd like to know, ADS COnsultancy was not able to provide ou with proper jobs, fine, but tell us in that time span, what other openings have you actually received from other ends ..
If you have your profile in any job portals (naukri, firstnaukri, monster, timesjob, shine, efrop, naukrisandhan etc) and have not received any call then that is the fault of the candidate as they were not able to design their resume properly, or they were not able to fill up the forms properly .
See, its very easy to blame others, specially when you are paying them money, but before paying them the money, how many of you actually asked that what will be your suitable jobs/the client database of the consultancy.
I can assure you, that if you have a profile in any of the above mentioned job portals, and if you actually deserve to get a job (that is if your resume is worth the time of a HR) then there will be more than enough consultants to call you up every single day .
My suggestion to everyone is to at-first make a proper resume because frankly speaking a HR Manager is least concerned about your percentage of marks in your board exams or you extra curricular activities like dancing or singing or playing cricket as they won't be hiring you for any of those qualifications. He is going to go through you resume only once and he/she is going to spend not more 2 minutes on a resume . Now if you can't impress him within that time, then its best for you to start looking for jobs in other company as he won't be taking you .

I had heard about one Experienced Electrical engineer registered with them (6 months earlier with Rs 1500). But got no job.

I think they have are not capable of ANY ENGINEERING JOB OPPERTUNITY

ADS has Engineering vacancy with ONE and only ONE company named "KAILASH CABLE N/W PRIVATE LIMITED".
So, Dear ELECTRONICS-ELECTRICAL-INSTRUMENTATION engineers think of it before register.

ADS is a fraud consultancy . It is a begger who demands money by making fake mails. It never mentions in their mail that it needs money for its daily livelihood. Its fake mail contains the following words " FIRST ROUND INTERVIEW" and lots of detail for impressing a candidate.It may insult you in its office if you say any negative words against it. The goon director is an illiterate and rural person may start abusing you any time if you do not pay him.It changes its office very frequently so that people who are aggrieved can not find them. They never respond to the given phone no. to give you any detail. It is a art of begging in standardized form. I have talked with 100 consultants and found that only those are genuine who do not take a single penny from the candidate and never calls in their office.My friend is also a job consultant and he clearly told me how these type of job consultants organize frauds. The authentic consultant only talks over phone and send you directly in the co for the interview. Its quite natural that a person starts cheating people when he do not find himself capable for anything in business world or job world. I will suggest to all victims to join hands and take legal action..Put your complaints in consumer court. there is no fees charge for fighting the case. If you come to me then i can join hand with you and i will take help of my relatives who are at powerful level in Govt. as well as High court Lawyers and one of them is a Judge of Gujrat High Court and Judicial Magistrate of Kolkata

After that they started misbehaving even abusing as well.I also could pick a fight with them but that would not have been enough. We must fight them with our awareness and unity. We must be aware enough and never let these sort of people to con us. Friend its disheartening that when we are struggling for our career..we have these so called consultancies to make our struggle worse. Please never go to this consultancy. I am really shocked by the truth. After payment..No body will every pick your call..no body will ever call you for interview and yes if you see that the office has been shifted to new location..please understand the obvious reason. Hope my experience will help you all...All the best!
