yes its right they never call you...i am the latest sufferer..i have deposited 300 rupees almost 40 days ago..they have never given me a call...and u can call the number given they will never pick the number...its perfectly right and fellows beware of ads consultancy
the ads wallas always tell u that their client are cts ibm etc...but they never give u call and from even small companies...i have not received a single interview call and i think they are not able to provide one..thats why they have shifted from the saltlake office
its a fake consultancy for sure..its not abt rs 300 thats business for them ...but the way they brainwash u by telling u how many calls u will get this and that...this is hoax..ppl looking for job are brainwashed by ADS...we shd spread the awareness...we shd try to create blogs and write against them..thank u...note its not that they dont provide jobs..they do but in most cases they dont and they use the same stereotype for everyone...RS 300 is there real business...
I agreed with all of them...absolutley right...it's a fraud consultancy...hey guys...how they can provide good job...even they dont undrestand the job profile...for which particular job what kind of candidates are required.a group of donkeys...only think about money...they even cant speak english properly...i m in doubt that The CEO of the company Mr.Arghya is a graduate or not...
Thanks for the posting. I have received same kind of mail for multiple times in last few days, and am in real dilemma whether it's really genuine. Few points are striking me after reading out the posts:
1. If it's a big consultancy, why they are sending invitation to candidates for several times, they should not follow candidate to appear in their place. With genuine, candidate will follow them. I had called them once, but the recipients of the call had repeatedly told me to come down to their office, had never told about the opportunity they have.
2. Though I never visited their office, but if they charge for registration that itself proves their fraud business. No proper consultancy charge a single penny from candidates.
3. For me 300 bucks may not be a factor, but wasting time on taking leave from my organization is no worth.
We need to think more.

never go to them. their MD Mr. Argya never looks like a boy who can even earn 10000/- bucks. they take 800 bucks from candidates and never give any interview calls. moreover that argya allures ladies specifically for the post of pa to him. i have saved my wife somehow. their website also does not work. they always keep changing their office. previously they were in apeejay house. now they have shifted to lords bldng.

There are so many Placement Agency like ADS Consultancy who are ready to collect Registration Fee for Rs300/ from the frustrating candidates now a days.
And most of them never keep their assurance to arrange suitable interviews day
after day.
As a parent I have experienced recently to encourage my son to register with one such Placement Agency, ADS HR Consultancy situated at Lords 2nd floor near Rabindra Sadan Metro, with Rs.1500.00 in expectation to have a suitable Interview fora B.Tech in Cse Candidate but it is 2 months passed but not single
mail he has got from the Consultancy people who had demanded them as ISO 90001
marked company . All I want to describe them as Fraud & Cheaters to trap the
frustrated job aspirant candidates. So, beware of such Consaultants & persons

I have given Rs 800 on 8th Jan 2013 to ADS HR consultant which is in 7/1 Lord sinha road, 2nd floor, kolkata, pin - 700071. Given the money to a lady representative on 8th Jan 13. Lady took my money and said we will provide you 2 interview calls relevent to your profile every month. I clearly said i am looking for a job in retail as a store manager, however they have not yet sent me the jobs matching my profile. They have said you have to log in to our website and can see the interview details there. But I am unable to find the job matching my profile. They are sending the jobs which is unrelevent to my profile. And also Nobody is even bothering to pick my calls. Lady who took my money given me the number of Mr Gupta from the same company and said he was not present when you paid the money. I got the number from the lady to contact Gupta Every day i trying to contact them but they are not responding to my call. This is absolutely a crime taking the money and not doing what was expected from their side. I need my money to be refunded as soon as possible, And interestingly, these guys are sending mails to my email id that they have the openings for the post of store manager but when you reach the office they ask you to give money. And after depositing the money, they dont even try to answer your call. I am jobless for last 4 months, so i want to claim the money as soon as possible with lot of penalty. Tall Claims and No result... That is what ADS Consultancy is all about... I doubt whether the US or UK offices are existent or not...Why in earth would people flock to ADS in US or UK when there are world class consultancy... Even I have been cheated...
