I have got an email from ADSYS INDIA for an interview . And they have gave me debashish kumar mobile number [protected] . I have called up this number to ask will they take any deposits or any registration fees for an interveiw, at that time he said that they are not taking any deposits or registration fees.After that I have gone for inetrview in ADSYS INDIA and at that time the person is telling me to pay Rs. 100 as a registration fees, if I am paying RS.100 then only they will be taking an interview. If I selected then they will pay only Rs.1000 or 1200 or I have to work without salary.So this is not fair, if they would have told me before only then there is no need to go till bommanahalli, I am a fresher and I don't have that much money to spend,and going to Bommanahalli the auto charge is also too much. im a fresher and caught in this scam too.
Let me xpln how they tried to trap us...
1. they emailed us regarding jobs
2. after reachin dere they asked for 100 rs. as interview fee.
3. they told they are into consultancy also and also an IT company.
4. they promised that i[censored] get selected u'll be able to choose 4 companies, with a minimum salary of 12k-18k (lol...just 1 xam and 4 companies...but i was stupid at that time :( ).
COMPANIES are:
i) ADSYS INDIA
ii) CAPTAU TECHNOLOGIES
iii) VISTA VENTURES
iv) WEB N INFO SOLUTIONS
(i cant find two companies on net itself)
5. i paid the fee and told wud like to appear for xam.
6. i cleared the 1st round and finally they asked me to come for Level 1 and Level 2 round nxt day
7. i went and appeared for both...acc. to me i was pass and ( even u'll get pass, d question hv no level.)
8. there was no technical
9 they asked me to inquire in a week or they'll mail me...
10 after 10 days, i got the mail that im not selected ( touchwood :) )
11. Now...wen i revert them back that my paper was ok and if they can recheck the result... (i asked this bcz i got only 50 questions to do...Level 1 - 35 ques & Level 2 - 15 ques. & they mailed me 32/70 quest and 28/50 quest. which triggered me that somethin is wrong.).
12. they asked me call back in 2 days (...2 days...)
13 i called after 2 days 28 April...to my surprise...the mobile nos. [protected] (fkucin DEBASHISH KUMAR)...it was switched off.
14 i tried on office landline[protected]... i got "calls to this nos. has been barred "...
15...now what to say else...i understood that i was fool and got cheated...
Rs. 100 is not an issues, the issue is i lost hope...like me many other too...
they earned around 1lac in a week with this whole drama...
let me calculate...in their register there were around 150 names/per day (i saw coz i signed in that register after payin 100 rs.) and i know it was for around 1 week...so u calculate...
16. guyz...this is not any drama...nor any reverse stunt...im wrintin here and killin my fckin time just bcz to make others to know more...i was fckin damn stupid that dint read reviews b4 gng dere...nyways...take a lesson n dont waste time and money...
17. they even dont look like IT guyz, they are fckin asswholes to eat a piece of from freshers.

i know most o[censored]s actually dont know that ITS NOT A REGISTERED COMPANY (like any pvt. ltd. or similer).
so dere is no point in discussing further. A company name in india acc. to companies act india it wud cost 5 lac. for putting "INDIA" in your company name...so...dont waste us time and search another company.

I am getting mails form Adsys India saying that we have a urgent requirement for PHP developer, Java etc.
If the company is good they didn't send the mails like that and when i came to Bangalore i didn't know about fake companies like Adsys, they are asking money to write exam.When i been that place i got frustrated because locality and infrastructure of the company is horrible and my sincere advice is don't attend the companies if they are asking money to write exams.

Please do not discourage freshers. Its good company for freshers, at lest they have some opening . Big MNCs have already shown their to US. Let the small company try their bit or else jut try for bigger MNCs if they take us.
