[Resolved]  Adyar Motors — Service is not good

Yes i too
very bad they are changing parts also.
my bike went to hell after servicing here.
blinkers are not working vehicle is stopping frequently.

I do strongly agree, please don't ever go to Adyar Motors for servicing for the following reasons,

My bike was very good before service,
Petrol was taken, and left no petrol after service.
Bike was not at all cleaned,
Created some trouble in gear shifting,
none of my complaints were rectified
i have wasted my time.

Hi I m agree with your comments. Service is worst, no proper cleaning, due to heavy work load they skip lot of normal checking procedures also.

My best advice " Dont prefer Adyar motors for Service". Its a hell for your bike.

I have been using Hero Honda Splendor since 2001 and I am so impressed with its performance. That’s why I once again bought Hero Honda Passion Pro recently on 13/06/2011 from Adyar Motors, Chennai, Tamilnadu with Engine No.HA10EDBGE42510 and Chasis No.MBLHA10EWBGE21438. But they have delivered me a bike with defective engine where there is oil leakage. Till now 3 times I have given my bike to them for arresting the oil leakage. But the problem is not yet solved.

Many of my friends told me to buy Honda Shine, but I never compromise myself and I bought Passion Pro from Hero Honda. Now I am so disappointed due to this problem that too in a new bike.

Please take necessary steps to solve this problem at the earliest possible and satisfy your customer.

I've given my passion pro for servicing it was first service, i've given them some complaints in my bike. After servicing the bike got even worser than before

Adyar motors- adyar chennai — worst service with damaging our bike

I purchased hero honda passion [protected]@ adyar motors. When i gave my vehicle for paid service, they broke my vehicles scoop. Then i complaint them. after a long conversation they agreed to change it. I gave my vehicle with belief. But they changed the scoop but inside it they have broken my vehicle's head light doom and they delivered @ night. Next day morning i got noise from my vehicle's head light doom. It will cost around 1500 rupees to change the doom... purposefully the did this.. i realized when i asked for this doom damage.

i recently serviced my Splendor here had a wonderful experience all complaints rectified. Good recommendation.

It's very worst service center, no safety all bikes in parking area. Please don't book the new bike.

Yes is too worst all bikes. In adyar no parking stand in all bikesbikes.

the worst service they never listen to customer words at alll i got my bike on 5th aug but till 16aug i didnt recive my helmet reason for them is it is out of stock.
