This Adesh from Darjeeling, even i used to work with Aegis (Phase IV, Sector 19, Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon, Haryana 122001) for I guess 3 Years, Now that I'm Self Employed so I'm planning to get My PF back, haven't applied it as if now, But got confused while filling up the EPFO Office, Establishment Code and its Extension.
Hey Dude can You let me know what are the things that We need while applying it online, or if You can help Me with the EPFo Office, Establishment Code and the Extension ??

Hi My name is Nazia amjad and i was working in Aegis in SCB Process .st johns road Bangalore i have done and clear with all the about pf and i submitted the form and spoke to Hr Shoban and he had forworded my forms to hyderabad Branch manager and i had talk to the hydrabad manager and he is telling that with in 2 days r 1 day i will get the amount but so for above 45 days over i had not received it . I think they r giving wrong information to the employees and making fool to them and he is not recieving my call if i call. this is my pf account number APHYD[protected]
