i purchased an compaq warranty pack from them for Rs. 5500 but they have not given me the warranty pack. i want my money refund, 3 months has been left,Repeated phone calls have been unanswered. I have no other options but to file an complaint.... Was this information helpful? |

DEAR SIR,A AM RAVI BINDAL FROM KOLKATA,A HAVE EXTENDED MY WARRANTY IN LAPTOP.I HAVE GIVEN A CHEQUE TO AFORSERVE.COM WITH A AMOUNT OF RS 5500 ON 26.10.2009.CHEQUE NO 632899.AFTER 2 MONTH NEITHER I HAVE FOUND EXTENDED MY WARRANTY AND NOR GOT ANY REFUND.
