Not paying my salary.

Dear Sir,

I was working with Agio Pharmaceuticals, ltd, at Bhosari MIDC T-82, pune. from 15/11/2008. On 31/09/2009 they asked me to resign & not to come from tommorow on working. From Augus 2009 they are not paying salry to me. Finally I resigned on 29/10/2009. But still they have not paid my salary for the month of August 2009 & September 2009. I continiously follow up for the same. But they are not responding to me.
I kindly request you please help me in the concern.

With refrence of above query, YOGESH VAMANRAO PHATANGARE is right that AGIO PHARMACEUTICALS LTD holds his payment but reason is incorrect...

Exactly, he had resigned and hadn't hanover his resposibilities to anyone and stop coming from the very next day...

Then, I think AGIO PHARMACEUTICAL LTD is not wrong in this case... even he had recieved his full n final payment.

mr. yoesh was not wrong .
from beginning it is agio's policy that to terminate employee without intimation .
there are no technical persons on management body & factory authorized persons also.

No company has the right to hold anybody's salary, if things are proper.
Terminating any person without any reason is not in company's hand.
Anybody can go to consumer court. Company should recruit more technical persons.

ITS AGIO Policies to not give the salary and expance, my salary is also not given by this company, i have submitt companies all propert still they are not giving my salary

this is the complain of every small company in india, they always try to cheat employ to make profit...
