Dear Sir,

I apply passport for last 1.5 year but i still not get a passport. online status showing that mention statement last 14 month. (Your Police report Is Clear. Your passport will be despatched in 15 days. Provided file is in order and there is no supression of facts.) also for refrence kindly find attached file and do the needfull.

we already compalints submit the Ahmedabad passport office.

My Passport File Number - Z 283225 09. if any problem pl reply on mail or contact me mention number directly (09819208047).

I Amin Harun, received my passport 0n 30/06/10, Unfortunality a printing mistake has occured in my passport which was issued to me.
In the said passport, In the column of Father's Name it is wrongly printed as GULAM HAMMAD instead of GULAMMAHAMMAD Hence it is humbly requested to do necessary correction and issue fresh passport .
