[Resolved]  Air India Cargo Packers And Movers — Fraud Company

All India Cargo Packers and Movers — unloading not done properly.

I have shifted my household itesm from Pune to Ahmedabad on 19 Dec 09 through All India Packers & Movers, Pune. The material was packed and moved through a truck and unloaded in Ahmedabad on 21 Dec 09. Some of the bed part were not delivered at that time but delivered after 10 days on 29 Dec 09. After that they could not assemble my bed because of some of its screws were missing in transport. Now even after one month no one from Ahmaeabad responds to my calls or give satisfactory answer. I dont know when and whether they will assemble my bed as it was before.
Inspite my request for completion of the job it is not done by either of the member or representative of this company.

The customer service given was pathetic and i feel not to hire services of this company in future.
Even after paid insurance of Rs. 3000/- I am facing this problem just because of this company.

A I tried to contact them many times but they keep changing their mobile phones and I am not able to contact the right person. person name paarik from Bangalore, another person kailash from Delhi.

The whole team is fraud.

I given to him for bike with helmet, but i didn't received helmet till date after 2.5 month.

First they told me that they forget to bring the helmet then they told they lost then they told they will put the money in my account, so i given my account details to him.

Raghu from Ahmadabad team person told they will put the money in my account for losing the helmet.

But never happen.

They keep changing mobile and contact person.

SAFE INDIA MOVERS & PACKERS Bangalore — Cheating & Loss of goods

Recently I have shifted my household items from Bangalore to Ojhar Nasik through Safe India Movers & Packers,No. 36,4th Cross, 2 Stage,Sudhmanagar Bangalore -27 . I experienced worst service from above agency that is first of all the person Mr. Satyabhan who came for quotation he was rude guy , 2. At the time of packing there was shortage of packing materials they have managed packing boxes from local scrap shop, 3.After packing while they told me Rs.3000/- extra for Octroi I told them that the items are going to Ojhar which is outside Octroi limits then why should I pay Octroi charges but they have not accepted, 4. Finally Material reached to Ojhar whrere I foud 2 boxes missing then I contacted Mr. Krishan Sharma this Person is now asking me to go to consumer forum I told him that I have insured my items & send me procedure to claim the insurance but he is not responding finally I have to go & launch the complaint with consumer forum.

I am posting this online to protect you friends from the worst service provider. Don't go with Safe India Movers & Packers at any cost.

Indian Packers and movers — unloading is not done

i am Pankaj Kadam working with MNC, I have transfer from Ahmedabad to pune. For transfering my material i have selecte Indian Pac and Movers. they have mention packing, loading, unloading and un packing charges.
they have load the material but at pune they are refuse for unloading and unpacking.
i have not signe receive copy.
transporter unload material on road, so that i need to take caer and move transfer from road to home.
also max material is in damage condition.

yes . it was our mistake that we could inform octroi intiall which we were also un aware. we only informed you but did not collect from you. we paid octroi on behalf of you.

Hi May be few people get few bad experience but may be some of them get good experience. I am one of them. I had moved my goods from Bangalore to Delhi last month and I am appreciate with all Air Cargo team they supported me well and good whenever i need help they are always there ion front of any problem I was too much happy to get help from them. They did a professional work.

Air Cargo is a fraud company. They confirmed that dedicated vehicle will be used for shifting household items but after picking from home, they unloaded at their ware house and then sent by some other vehicle...that too I suppose in part.
When I received my items, 2 items of the list were missing and many items were damaged.
I also have taken the insurance from them for which they sent a cover note o[censored]nited India Insurance, but when checked with insurance company, they denied for issuing it. On requesting the policy from Aircargo, they have been hiding.

Please be aware not only with Aircargo, but with many others, who just play with your valuables.

Air cargo is a company of liars. After receiving money and house hold they will never bother to even receive you call. Now I have no hope that they will even deliver my household and car. Never ever hire Air Cargo Mover and Packers if you care for your items. What you will receive and in what condition, only god knows.
These people pick the material from your home with written committment that a dedicated vehicle will be sent for transfer and then the material is unloaded in their warehouse and shipped in pieces.

You would be lucky if you get all the stuff and that too in the same condition as it was loaded. Worst is that after that none of the person will ever listed to you.
I have suffered the same and if anyone in person requires the photographs of the condition of the goods received and various correspondence made with Air Cargo in this regard, may get in touch with me.

I hired M/s Air Cargo Movers & Packers for Shifting of my Household items. During negotiation, it was informed that dedicated vehicle will be used for loading and shifting of items from Existing place to New location. However, the items were loaded and then taken to their warehouse, where they were unpacked and then shifted by another vehicle.
Many items were received broken, and few items were misssing. The people in contact are all fraud as they kept on making false promises and neither tried to find the missing items nor provided any compensation for missing and damaged items. People contacted are as listed below -

I am writing because I am very happy about the services provided by the company as this was my first shifting from Bangalore to Gurgaon.

I got to know about this packers and movers from one of my friend who has already done a shifting from Air Cargo packers and movers. She was really satisfied. I also thought of going through the same packers as she suggested.
