Air India Express — Booking Refund

Sir,

I had booked a ticket on Air India Express flight IX 384 Dubai-Mangalore on Aug 02,2012.

The flight was cancelled due to operational issues and i had to cancel the booking and apply for full refund of AED 1031.85.

The request was send to [protected]@airindiaexpress.in and I always get reply that the request is forwarded to the finance department. (I had send almost 5-6 reminders and always get the same reply)

Now it is almost 6 months I am waiting for the refund.But no positive response from Air iIndia express.

The ticket copy are attached.

Please advise me on the above.
