[Resolved]  Air India Express — Money Refund

Dear Sir /Madam,

I had booked Air India Express ticket from Dubai - Mangalore -Dubai online , on 11th November 2011, due to the technical problem in Air India express web site the money is deducted from my credit card but i did not receive the ticket , i have sent several email's requesting refunding my money to my credit card , but till now nothing is happened , all my email left anaswered , kindly advise to whom I can escalate this mater
