Dear Sir /Madam, I had booked Air India Express ticket from Dubai - Mangalore -Dubai online , on 11th November 2011, due to the technical problem in Air India express web site the money is deducted from my credit card but i did not receive the ticket , i have sent several email's requesting refunding my money to my credit card , but till now nothing is happened , all my email left anaswered , kindly advise to whom I can escalate this mater below are my details Origin /Destination (Sector) :DUBAI/MANGALORE Date of Travel/Flight : 16/DEC/2011 Date of Booking: 18/NOV/2011 Name of Passenger (s) : MANOJ LOBO Currency opted while booking the PNR : AED Currency of credit card : AED Date of transaction/booking : 18/NOV/2011 Exact amount charged to cardholder (with decimals) : AED 2828.23 Auth.
