TEARING OFF OF SOUL

SHOES WERE PURCHASED 7 MONTHS AGO AND WITHIN A MONTH THE SOUL OF THE SHOES HAVE COME OUT ON BOTH ,THE RIGHT SHOE AS WELL AS THE LEFT SHOE..THE SIZE OF THE SHOE IS 8 (UK) 396041-117.....I REQUEST YOU TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER..I HAVE ATTATCHED THE PICTURES OF THE SHOES SO THAT U CAN HAVE A FAIR IDEA ABOUT THE SAME
